The victim made contact with the suspect, who spoke gibberish to them, and stated that the police had been notified. The suspect then crossed over the victim’s fence, entered a neighbor’s yard and walked away from the victim. Responding officers located and detained the suspect, who had arrest warrants.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
