\nThe victim stated that they had just exited a MUNI and was walking when they observed two suspects following them. One of the suspects then walked up to the victim and pointed a knife at the victim. The second suspect followed and took the victim’s cell phone out of the victim’s pocket before both suspects walked away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1500 Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim stated that they had confronted a neighbor about the noise coming from their residence. During the verbal confrontation with the neighbors, an unknown suspect joined the neighbors and pushed the victim. The victim also attempted to record the incident but the suspect hit the victim’s hand in response. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n12:15 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1300 15th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when a known suspect was observed running away from the victim, who was pointing at the suspect. The officers detained the suspect without incident. The victim stated that the suspect was inside a home that was under construction and was observed hiding suddenly something under their shirt.\u00a0<\/span> After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Case# 230679904<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n5:54 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim reported that the suspect, a known shoplifter, had stolen store merchandise. Responding officers located the suspect and detained them, despite the suspect resisting and trying to move away from the officers. A computer check revealed two arrest warrants.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
