During the visit, the victim stated that the suspect was in an altered mental stated and began claiming that the victim was a thief and started punching the victim before taking the victim’s backpack. The suspect then pointed a firearm at the victim and demanded that they leave the house.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that they had been in an elevator when the suspect stared at them and then walked towards them. The victim stated that they stared back at the suspect before the suspect started punching them. The victim then ran away from the suspect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
