\nOfficers responded to a report of arson, which was later extinguished by the SFFD. A video provided by the reportee showed footage of a suspect walking by the building with a gas can before the fire occurred. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report stating that someone was being stabbed with a knife. However, the location was previously reported in a swatting call concerning a false incident. Responding officers made contact with the residence and confirmed that this report was also false.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had been scratched while attempting to break up a heated verbal fight between their friends and wanted to press charges. After further investigation, the<\/span><\/span>\u00a0suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shoplifting \u2013 Case# 230728608<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n5:20 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nSecurity observed the suspect taking merchandise from the store and attempting to leave without paying. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary – Shoplifting \u2013 Battery \u2013 Case# 230729151<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n9:27 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n2900 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report regarding the suspect forcing their way into a store, through a locked front door. The suspect then took multiple items of merchandise, punched the victim inside the store and exited the building.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary \u2013 Resisting Arrest \u2013 Case# 230729270<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n9:57 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n100 Majestic Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect, with a description that matched the suspect in a previous shoplifting incident earlier in the evening, breaking into a residence. The victim stated that the suspect was pounding on a glass door in an attempt to get into the building. Responding officers located the suspect inside the house and placed the suspect in handcuffs, despite the suspect being uncooperative. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for the burglary incident and shoplifting earlier.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
