\nOfficers responded to a report of \u00a0suspicious activity. The witness reported that the suspect was observed ringing the doorbell of a nearby house. Shortly afterwards, the suspect was then observed entering and the exiting the house. Responding officers arrived at the location and a search revealed an opened window, with the bug screen removed. Inside, the kitchen faucet had also been left on with water spilled on the floor. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span> Once inside Taraval Station, the suspect began resisting and spitting at multiple officers. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they recognized a suspect, who had committed a theft at West Portal Avenue. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check also revealed an arrest warrant from Milpitas Police Department. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and theft. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim reported that they had heard their vehicle alarm and discovered the suspects were attempting to steal the victim’s vehicle. The victim confronted the suspects and one of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim before both suspects fled the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
