\nThe victim stated that they were exiting the apartment lobby with their dog on a leash when the suspect entered with their dog off leash. The victim confronted the suspect about putting a leash on their dog and an argument ensued with both parties punching each other. The suspect then exited.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
