\nThe subject entered Taraval Station to file a report but did not have any identification with them. A computer check, which was necessary to confirm the subject’s identity to file the report, revealed an arrest warrant out of San Mateo. The subject was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of the suspect masturbating in the library. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. The officers contacted the witnesses but the first witness did not respond to their phone call and the second witness declined to press charges. The library staff pressed charges for trespassing. The suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
