\nThe victim stated that they had been waiting for a bus and holding their cell phone when two suspects approached on an electric scooter. One of the suspects got off the scooter, walked over to the victim and took the victim’s cell phone. The victim attempted to chase after the first suspect but the second hit the victim from behind. The victim fell to the ground and both suspects punched and kicked the victim before fleeing the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a traffic collision and made contact with the driver, who appeared to be intoxicated. After further investigation and a failed Field Sobriety Test, the driver was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
