\nOfficers tracked, via Lidar, a vehicle driving at 57 mph in a 35 mph zone and conducted a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that the driver had never been issued a driver’s license. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim stated that they had heard a loud noise outside and observed the suspect next to a newly broken window. The suspect then made eye contact with the victim before walking away. Multiple victims and witnesses also reported that the suspect had been observed throwing rocks at numerous properties. The suspect was located and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
