Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met with the loss prevention guard for the department store. The loss prevention guard stated that he observed a suspect walk out of the store with merchandise and proceeded to stop the suspect outside of the store. The suspect pulled out a taser gun and shot the loss prevention guard. The suspect then ran away into a vehicle and drove off. No one in the incident was injured and the officer provided the loss prevention agent with a follow\u2013up form.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: African American, Male, 5\u201910\u201d, 180 lbs., between the ages of 30 \u2013 35. LSW: A black\/white striped polo shirt and blue jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aggravated Assault \u2013 Robbery with Force<br \/>\n7:37 pm<br \/>\n11th Ave and Judah St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of assault and threats made to a victim in a hospital. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer took pictures of the victim\u2019s injuries. The victim stated that a friend of his, and another male went to eat at a restaurant. They afterwards got into the victim\u2019s friend\u2019s vehicle to take the victim home. After driving for a short period of time, the friend of the victim stopped the car and both males got the victim out of the vehicle and started to assault him. The victim stated that his personal belonging was stolen in the process. The officers provided the victim with a follow\u2013up form and booked the pictures at Taraval station.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect #1: White, Male, 6\u20195\u201d, 230 lbs., between the ages of 30 \u2013 35, with blond hair. LSW: Fit, backward baseball cap, sunglasses, and a blue t-shirt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary<br \/>\n4:50 pm<br \/>\n1500 45th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of theft. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met with the victim. The victim stated that on a previous date, he noticed a personal belonging missing from his residence. The officers provided the victim with a follow\u2013up form and a Marsy Card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n9:28 am<br \/>\n300 Quintara St<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile on vehicle patrol, an officer was dispatched to a location to investigate a female adult attempting to break into vehicles. Upon arrival to the scene the officer observed the suspect next to a vehicle and detained her. The officer conducted a computer check on the suspect and discovered two traffic warrants. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officer confirmed the warrants with another unit and placed the suspect under arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from a Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n10:10 am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 400 Gonzalez Dr.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02014 Maroon Honda Pilot<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud \u2013 Theft<br \/>\n12:45 pm<br \/>\n00 Byxbee St<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman went to the Taraval station to file a theft report. The woman stated that she is a relative of a recently deceased person, of whom she believes is being victimized. She stated that her relative\u2019s caregiver was withdrawing money from his bank account for a period of time without his consent. An officer provided the woman with a follow\u2013up form and booked a copy of bank print outs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>False Personation<br \/>\n1:13 pm<br \/>\n2000 25th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA man went to the Taraval Station to report a false personation. The man stated that he received a letter that contained an identification with all of his information, except for the photograph. The victim stated that he believes that the person on the photograph stole his identity. The victim was given a follow\u2013up form and fraud information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>False Personation<br \/>\n6:00 pm<br \/>\n2000 23rd Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman went to the Taraval station to report fraud and a suspicious occurrence. The victim stated that her residence was burglarized and that her mail was possibly stolen. She stated that she received a letter from a bank requesting for more information before issuing a credit card. She stated to the officer that she did not apply for the banks credit card. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated that she forgot to lock the outer gate before leaving her house. When she later returned to her home, she discovered the front door opened and broken. She also found money and several personal belongings missing. The officers determined the point of entry was through the front door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n7:25 am<br \/>\n2000 17th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that earlier he locked and secured the building before leaving. When he later returned to the building, he found that many tools were missing from the garage area. There was a slight pry mark on the garage-side door. The officer determined that the point of entry and exit was through this door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n9:37 am<br \/>\n2000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that a suspect broke into his garage and stole the keys to his vehicle. The suspect rummaged through the man\u2019s vehicle and stole an item in the vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry to the garage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n10:12 am<br \/>\n2000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that a suspect stole a personal belonging of hers and some mail from the front porch area of her residence. The officer observed that the security gate appeared intact and undamaged. The officer found a metal cane at the scene that he believes that the suspect used to gain access to the front porch area of the woman\u2019s residence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n10:38 am<br \/>\n1000 46th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that earlier he returned to his house to discover that a suspect tampered with and forced opened the garage door. The suspect stole several items in the garage. The officer determined that the point of entry and exit was through the garage door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attempted Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry \u2013 Hot Prowl<br \/>\n12:16 pm<br \/>\n1000 19th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to an attempted burglary. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that while he was in the living room, he heard loud noises coming from the bathroom. The man went to the bathroom and found the suspect inside looking around. When the man confronted the suspect, the suspect ran past him and fled the scene.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect: Hispanic male, 6\u20190\u201d, 35-45 years old, 175 lbs, black hair. LSW: Curly hair, red shirt, blue jeans, gray sweatshirt wrapped around waist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n1:30 pm<br \/>\n1000 Ulloa St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a burglary report. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that he set the alarm and locked the door to the house before leaving. When he later returned to the house, he found the garage door open and the key lockbox missing. The suspect pried opened a tool lockbox and stole all the tools inside it. The officer determined the point of entry and exit was through the garage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Trick and Device \u2013 Fraudulent Game or Trick \u2013 Arrest Made<br \/>\n8:37 am<br \/>\n200 Winston Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to file a theft report. She stated to the officer that she responded to an advertisement on Craigslist. She met the suspect at a bank and paid him for the advertised items. When the woman\u2019s friends contacted the suspect and attempted to purchase tickets from him, the seats he said were available were the same seats that the woman already purchased from him. She believes that the suspect sold her item to numerous buyers. Officers later were able to detain the suspect responsible. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officer booked the suspect for selling counterfeit items with the intent to defraud.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<br \/>\n1:25 pm<br \/>\n2000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA man contacted an officer at Taraval Station to report a theft. He stated to the officer that earlier he ordered store merchandise online that was scheduled to be delivered the previous day. When he returned home, he found an empty box that the store merchandise he ordered was delivered in. The man stated that a suspect stole the shoes from the box and left the box in the front of his gate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n2:51 pm<br \/>\n1000 45th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a theft from a building. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a woman who stated she and her husband returned to their house to notice that their tenants had trashed their house. There were also several items and money missing from the house. Earlier, one of her neighbors observed one of her tenants with one of the missing items. When the officers met with the tenants, one of them stated that he did take one of the missing items, but he later returned it. The tenants also stated that they had no knowledge of the missing money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from a Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n9:35 am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 500 Skyline Blvd\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02003 Gray Acura 3.2CL3<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attempted Theft from a Locked Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n11:57 am\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 00 Lake Merced Blvd\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a02006 Black BMW 750LI<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n11:23 am<br \/>\n1000 15th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to file a report involving vandalism to her vehicle. She stated to the officer that she returned to her parked vehicle to find corrosive substance on her rear bumper. The corrosive substance caused paint damage to her vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n8:12 pm<br \/>\n00 27th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to report vandalism to her vehicle. She stated to the officer that when she returned to her parked vehicle, she discovered that a suspect scratched the driver and passenger sides of her vehicle. She also stated that this was the second vandalism incident to her vehicle this month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Making, Uttering, or Possessing False Checks<br \/>\n10:30 am<br \/>\n3000 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to file a fraud report. He stated to the officer that he received a copy of his canceled checks from his bank. One of the canceled checks written from his account did not belong to him. A suspect forged a check with his name and account information to write and cash a check. The man did not give anyone permission to use his name of account information to write a check.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death Report \u2013 Fire Report<br \/>\n7:08 am<br \/>\n00 Chumasero Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a death report. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a SFFD paramedic who stated that she responded as a part of a SFFD engine concerning the fire-alarm activation. When they entered the building, they found the victim unresponsive inside a closet with a handgun in her hand. They immediately evacuated the victim and attempted to resuscitate her with negative results. The San Francisco Medical Examination later arrived on scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with a Suspended License and Expired License Plate Tabs &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n12:57 am<br \/>\n19th Ave and Winston St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers observed a vehicle with expired tabs. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke with the victim. The woman told the officers that someone broke into her mailbox and stole her mail. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke with a man who stated that he was parking his company\u2019s vehicle when he heard a crash noise. The man got out of his vehicle and saw two male suspects with skateboards hitting his taillight. The suspects fled the scene when they noticed the man was in his car.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: White, Male, 5\u20198\u201d, between 25-30 years old, LSW: Red checkered shirt, Blue Jeans<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 2: White, Male, 5\u201910\u201d, between 25-30 years old, LSW: Brown T shirt, Blue Jeans<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vandalism<br \/>\n4:17 am<br \/>\n1400 34th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding vandalism to a vehicle. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke with a woman stating that she heard a loud noise coming outside of her bedroom window. She went outside to see where the noise was coming from and noticed her vehicle was keyed across the hood. The woman did not see the suspect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Red Light Violation &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n4:25 pm<br \/>\n19th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle who failed to come to a complete stop at a red light. The driver gave the officer an out of state driver\u2019s license; however he has been living in California for several months. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers spoke with a man who stated that his locker was broken. The man told the officers that he locked his locker and when he returned his lock was broken. The man stated items were missing and he did not give anyone permission to break his lock and or go into his locker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n5:00 pm<br \/>\n1700 24th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to report theft of a barbeque. The man stated he noticed his barbeque missing after his roommate asked him about it. The man told the officers his backyard is visible to anyone walking on the sidewalk. The man believes someone may have gained access into his backyard and took the barbeque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n8:42 pm<br \/>\n100 Crespi Drive<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding theft. Upon arriving at the scene officers spoke with a woman who stated her computer was stolen from her room. The woman told the officers she had a party the night before and she did not know everyone who was there. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers were met by a man who said while he was walking home from the store he was confronted by a male suspect. The man stated they got into an argument and the male suspect hit him in the face. The man recognized the suspect however does not where he lives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery \u2013 Arrest Made<br \/>\n11:45 pm<br \/>\n1300 46th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding battery. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met with a store employee who stated that a customer attempted to steal merchandise and fight him. The male suspect went outside of the store and vandalized the front door. The suspect came back to the store the next day, which prompted the employee to call Taraval Station. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The man was arrested and booked at Taraval Station.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Attempt of Burglary with Forcible Entry<br \/>\n8:48 am<br \/>\n1400 38th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call regarding an attempt of burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers were met by a woman stating a male suspect attempted to break in the front door while she was home. Upon arrival to the grocery store, officers met with the store manager who claimed he confronted a suspect about not paying for merchandise and was physically struck by the suspect.
