\nOfficer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. Officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver did not have a valid driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
