\nThe victim reported an altercation occurred between him and another person regarding blocking the driveway. The victim said a driver of a pickup truck stopped the truck next to him, exited the truck, and hit the victim once with an expandable baton. The suspect told the victim to stop blocking the driveway. The suspect got back into the pickup truck and drove away.<\/span><\/p>\n
