\nThe victim told the officers that he went to his shed to put something away. The shed was in his backyard and unlocked. The victim attempted to open the shed but was unable to. The victim walked back to the house and his dog ran out and started barking. The victim saw a suspect running away.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nAn officer was on patrol when he walked into a store where a crime was in progress. The officer determined that the suspect was refusing to leave when the store employee was asking him to leave. The officer attempted to detain the suspect, but the suspect walked away and towards his dog. The suspect’s dog lung and bit the officers. The suspect and his dog were able to flee the scene. Later Ingleside Officers located the suspect on Market St and detained him. The suspect was later arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
