Driving under the influence \u2013 Hit & run Traffic Collision Arrest \u2013 Case# 240122880<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nDriver collided into two parked vehicles and attempted to flee the scene on foot. Witnesses physically detained Driver until Officers arrived on scene. Officers determined that Driver was driving under the influence of alcohol and he did not have a valid California Driver\u2019s License. Driver was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Resisting and Delaying Peace Officer Duties Arrest \u2013 Case# 240121672<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:03 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n700 Gonzalez Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nWitnesses reported hearing a gunshot followed by two people yelling and screaming in the area. Witnesses directed Officers to a town house. Officers attempted to conduct a well-being check at the town house and one of the residents refused to cooperate with Officers. The subject was physically detained by Officers and transported to the hospital. Officers obtained a search warrant and determined that there was no firearm inside the house. The subject was cited for resisting and delaying peace officer duties.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery \u2013 Aggravated Assault \u2013 Case# 240122272<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n4:16 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n19th Ave & Rossmoor Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim was using his cellphone on the Muni LRV when the suspects snatched the cellphone out of the victim\u2019s hands and got off the LRV. The victim followed the suspects off the LRV and the suspects physically assaulted the victim, which caused the victim to briefly lose consciousness. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1100 Eucalyptus Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nSchool security located subject sleeping inside the locker room at the school. Subject was identified and escorted out of the school by Officers.<\/span><\/p>\n
