\"\"<\/span>The SFPD and Police Commission are required to review the existing District <\/span>Station boundaries every ten years (SF Administrative Code Section 2A.86<\/a>). This data driven analysis seeks to improve the effectiveness of police operations and the <\/span>efficient use of police resources. <\/span>SF Admin Code details the following factors should guide the boundary analysis-<\/span>population, non-resident population, proposed development, landscape features, <\/span>communities, children, youth & elderly, policing activities, police resources, police <\/span>capacity, community input and other factors as recommended by the Police Chief and <\/span>the Police Commission.<\/span><\/p>\n
