\nOfficers were on patrol when they saw a vehicle driving the wrong way. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, however, the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed with the headlights off.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to the hospital regarding an assault victim. The victim told the police that he was walking in the area when two suspects made a statement directed at him. The victim replied with his statement. Suddenly one of the suspects walked up to him and stomped on his foot while the other suspect punched him in the back with an unknown object causing him to bleed.<\/span><\/p>\n
