A computer query revealed that the vehicle was stolen. The officers saw a woman get out of the vehicle, and they detained her. The officers then called the owner of the vehicle and told him he could pick up his vehicle. At Taraval Station, an officer conducted an inventory search of the woman\u2019s items and found a shaved key. A computer query on the woman revealed that there were three warrants for her arrest. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officers booked the woman for the warrants, possession of burglary tools, possession of a stolen vehicle, and possession of stolen property.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stolen Property \u2013 Possession with Knowledge \u2013 False Evidence of Vehicle Registration \u2013 Booked<br \/>\n5:50 pm<br \/>\n47th Ave and Sloat Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers noticed a man who was hunched over and performing mechanical work on a scooter. The license plate was attached in a suspicious manner. A computer check of the license plate revealed that it had been reported stolen. The officers spoke to the man and later detained him. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officers then arrested and booked the man at County Jail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n9:09 pm<br \/>\n3000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that a suspect stole his bike from behind the gate that leads to his house. The officers examine the gate and saw no signs of forced entry. They determined that the gate must have been accidently left open because there was no other way for the suspect to enter the premise. The officers issued the man a follow-up form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Vehicle Strip<br \/>\n9:20 am<br \/>\n46th Ave and Judah St<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to report a vehicle strip. He stated to the officer that when he started up his vehicle, he heard a loud noise emitting from underneath his vehicle. He then looked underneath his vehicle and saw that the converter was cut off. He stated to the officer that a suspect used an object to scratch and damage the right fenders and right door of his vehicle. The officer gave him a case number and follow-up form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n4:31 pm<br \/>\n2000 Santiago St<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman came into Taraval Station to report vandalism to her vehicle. She stated to the officer that she returned to her parked and locked vehicle to discover that a suspect scratched the entire driver side with a sharp instrument. The officer provided the woman with a case number and follow-up information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous Investigation \u2013 Civil Dispute<br \/>\n4:50 pm<br \/>\n200 Plymouth Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call of a fight\/dispute between neighbors. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met woman who stated that a notice was posted on the garage door of the building. The notice was addressed to a person whose name is on the lease and used to live in the building. The woman later saw the person\u2019s ex-boyfriend walk by and tear down the notice. She wanted the incident to be documented. The officers provided her with a follow-up form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n3:55 pm<br \/>\n21st Ave and Ulloa St<\/strong><br \/>\nA man came into Taraval Station to report a suspicious occurrence. He stated to the officer that earlier in the week he heard fireworks going off. When he later went out to his vehicle, he discovered a brownish powder on top. The powder appeared to be firework remnants. The officer gave the man a case number and follow-up information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Death Report<br \/>\n11:23 am<br \/>\n1000 26th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a death report. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met the resident manager who stated that he earlier he conducted a well-being check of the man. He found him on the floor unconscious and not breathing. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that earlier he heard a punch and turned around to see the victim falling to the ground. The man also saw the suspect fleeing the scene. SFFD medics placed the victim into the ambulance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery<br \/>\n11:50 am<br \/>\n300 Sloat Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a call of a battery. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that earlier he observed a truck parked in one of the handicap spaces of a park. When he confronted the two suspects who occupied the vehicle, they verbally berated him and parked their vehicle beside his vehicle. The two suspects later moved their vehicle out of the park, and returned to the park on foot. One of the suspects then charged at the man and slammed into him. LSW: Gray t-shirt, khaki pants, white and black baseball cap, black frame glasses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n6:03 am<br \/>\n2000 24th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met the owners of the house who stated that they secured their house before going to sleep. The next morning, they woke up and noticed that the front window of the second floor was unlocked and open. A suspect entered the window and stole many of the homeowners\u2019 personal belongings.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: White male, 30-40 years old, unknown build.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 2: White male, 30-40 years old, medium build.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n7:32 am<br \/>\n00 San Anselmo Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a residential burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a construction worker who stated that the house had been burglarized before. He stated that earlier he and his crew secured the home before leaving. They returned to discover that the suspects had entered the house through a back window and stole a personal belonging. The officer determined that the point of entry was through the forced opened back window.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: Hispanic male, 5\u20196\u201d, 165 lbs, approximately 35 years old, short and stocky build, short shaved dark hair, chin, and lower jaw beard. LSW: Light unmarked beanie, light colored long sleeve top, black pants, dark Addidas low top sneakers, thin light colored belt.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 3: Hispanic male, 5\u20196\u201d, 40-45 years old, 165 lbs, black short hair, balding in the front. LSW: Light colored long sleeve top.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary \u2013 Forcible Entry<br \/>\n8:53 am<br \/>\n1000 14th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a burglary with forcible entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a construction owner who stated that his company left a shipping container in the street in front of the house. A suspect gained entry into the container and stole many tools &amp; furniture. The officer observed that the locking latch to the shipping container was cut and bent. There were also tool marks on the lock shackle. The officer determined that the point of entry and exit was through the doors in front of the container.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary \u2013 Unlawful Entry<br \/>\n11:15 pm<br \/>\n1000 9th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficer responded to a residential burglary with unlawful entry. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that he locked and secured his premise prior to leaving. He returned to his apartment to discover the front door and bathroom window opened. A personal belonging of his was missing from a room of his apartment. The officer determined that the point of entry to be though the bathroom window and the point of exit to be through the main hallway of the apartment complex.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft \u2013 Shoplifting<br \/>\n12:49 pm<br \/>\n3000 20th Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a shoplifting incident. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a store assistant manager who stated that a suspect entered the store and stole many store items. When the assistant manager heard the store\u2019s alarm activate, he responded to the front of the store and observed the suspect leaving the store without making any attempt of paying for the store items. The officer gave the assistant manager a follow-up form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n2:06 pm<br \/>\n0 Lobos St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a theft from a building. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a man who stated that when he left his residence, he forgot to close the door to his room. He later returned to his room to discover that a suspect had entered his room and taken some of his personal belongings. The point of entry and exit appeared to be through his unlocked bedroom door. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a man who stated that he hear loud pounding outside his home. He then went outside and did not see anything. However, when he went to his vehicle and shined a flashlight, he saw damage to the passenger side fenders. The officer viewed the man\u2019s vehicle and saw clear shoe prints where the damage was. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met the manager who stated that the subject came home intoxicated and refused to leave when asked. When the officers informed the subject he had to leave, he eventually agreed to leave. After the officers escorted him outside, they observed the man and deemed him unable to take care of himself or others. The officers told the man he was under arrest, and he attempted to flee from the officers. The officers were able to stop the subject and detain him. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officers cited the man for being under the influence of alcohol in a public place and resisting, delaying, or obstructing peace officer duties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n3:24 am<br \/>\n500 John Muir Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a theft from a building. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a woman who stated that she was at a party that an uninvited group tried to crash. The uninviting group got into a verbal confrontation and later left the party. After they left, the woman noticed numerous items in one or the rooms were missing. The officer provided the woman with a follow-up form.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: Hispanic male<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 2: Hispanic male<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 3: Black<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<br \/>\n6:34 am<br \/>\n700 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a report of a theft. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer met a store employee who stated that when he retrieved his jacket, he observed that a couple of his personal belongings were missing. The officer then spoke to a store manager who stated that two suspects entered the store and stole store merchandise. The suspects also stole the store employee\u2019s personal belongings.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: Hispanic man, 25-30 years old. Upon arrival at the scene, the officers met a store manager who stated that the suspect entered the store and began looking at store merchandise. The man took out a pair of scissors and cut the security cable on one of the store merchaside. The man then ran out of the store and fled the scene in a vehicle with another suspect.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Suspect 1: White man, 5\u20197\u201d, 30-40 years old, 150 lbs, black hair, short facial hair. He stated to the officer that he saw the suspect come across the street and deliberately scratch the rear hatch of his vehicle with a sharp instrument. The officer gave the man follow-up information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with a Suspended License and without a Proper Plate Mount \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n12:06 am<br \/>\n34th Ave and Taraval<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers observed a vehicle without a front license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver. The driver has his license plate at his passenger-side window. The officers informed his that the license plate must be mounted on the front of his vehicle. A computer check revealed that the driver\u2019s license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">The officer cited the driver with driving with a suspended license and without a proper plate mount. The driver left his vehicle legally parked and left the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with a Suspended License and Obstructed Plate \u2013 Failing to Stop for another Vehicle \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n5:20 pm<br \/>\n21st Ave and Taraval<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer observed a vehicle fail to stop for another vehicle. The officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the driver.
