\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle making sudden sharp turns, sudden stops, and quick acceleration before slowing down again. The officer believing the driver was driving under the influence made a traffic stop and after further investigation and testing, the driver was arrested<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nA Muni driver told the officer that the suspect wanted to get off the bus, but the bus did not stop fast enough. The suspect brandished a knife at the driver. An additional two other incidents occurred where the suspect brandished a knife at other victims.
