The suspect tried to kiss the victim\u2019s hand to show appreciation for helping her and offered the victim two pieces of jewelries. The victim refused to accept the jewelry and told the suspect to go away. The suspect forcibly grabbed the victim\u2019s wrist and ripped the victim\u2019s gold bracelet off. The suspect got into a waiting vehicle and the vehicle drove away before police arrived.<\/span><\/p>\n
