\nOfficers responded to a report of vandalism. The witness told the officers that the suspect lit an object on fire and fled the scene. Officers located the suspect, but the suspect fled by jumping over fences. The suspect somehow broke into a home and was taking a shower. The suspect was detained, and medics arrived on scene. The suspect was determined to be in an altered state of mind and was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim and suspect were in the elevator. When they reached the ground floor, the suspect bumped her shoulder and followed the victim to the gym. The suspect then punched the victim and grabbed her hair. The suspect left the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Vandalism to Vehicle \u2013 Case# 250154447<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nLake Merced Blvd & Higuera Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim was involved in a road rage incident. The victim told the officers that without provocation, the suspect threw an ashtray at the victim through his open window. The suspect then drove next to the victim, so the victim threw the ashtray back at the suspect. The suspect tried to ram the victim\u2019s vehicle and at one point got out and punched the victim. Officers later located the suspect and detained him. The suspect told the officer that the victim had cut him off. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
