\nOfficers responded to a report of a known suspect and a previous shoplifter in the store. The responding officers also had prior knowledge that the suspect had warrants for his arrest. Officers arrived on scene and attempted to detain the suspect. The suspect resisted. The suspect was eventually handcuffed, and after further investigation, he was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
