\nThe victim, an employee, observed three people walking into the store. The victim observed a suspect taking merchandise and leaving the store without paying for it. The victim tried to detain the suspect, but the suspect pepper-sprayed the victim and fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe witness, an employee, was notified of a fight and observed the suspect leaving the store without paying for merchandise. Officers detained the suspect. The victim told officers that he had been in an argument with the suspect inside the store, during which the suspect pushed him. The suspect also had a warrant for his arrest. At the station, the suspect attempted to kick one of the officers and made multiple verbal threats of violence. The suspect was arrested on additional charges.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
