\nOfficers on patrol observed a subject lying on the sidewalk near the front entrance. The officers conducted a consensual encounter, and the subject identified himself. A computer check on the subject revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim told the officers that she was crossing the street and made it halfway to the MUNI stop when the suspect, pushing a bicycle, walked by and slapped the victim behind. The victim confronted the suspect, who then left the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe victim, an inspector for Parkmerced, was going to inspect an apartment. The suspect from the apartment started taking photos of her and then used a stun gun on her. The suspect went back to her apartment and refused to open the door.<\/span><\/p>\n
