Upon arrival the officers searched the residence for any possible suspect and found none. Officers spoke with witnesses since the home owners were not present. The witnesses said they saw two suspicious men\u00a0in front of the residence. The officers took pictures of the scene and obtained video surveillance of the suspects from nearby businesses. The victims arrived\u00a0at the\u00a0scene and noticed several personal belongings missing from their home. The officers booked the evidence at Taraval station.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect #1: African American, male, 5\u201910\u201d, between the ages of 20-30. LSW: Beige top.<br \/>\nSuspect #2: African American, male, between the ages of 20-30, with black hair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary-Forcible Entry<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>12:48 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>00 Bucareli Dr<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim\u00a0who stated that multiple items were missing from his storage unit. The victim said he had previously received a notice to remove his items from the storage facility. The officers contacted management. They said when they saw the space was still being used as storage, they did not remove anything.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:52 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Capitol Ave and Lobos St<br \/>\n<\/strong>While on patrol, officers saw a man drink an alcoholic beverage in public. The man saw the officers and threw the bottle on the sidewalk. The officers then stopped the man. A computer check on the suspect revealed the man\u00a0had a arrest warrant.<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> The officers placed the suspect under arrest and booked him at Taraval station.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft-Shoplifting<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>9:00 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>200 West Portal Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a report of theft at a department store. Upon arrival the officer met the store manager. The manager said a known man who had stolen from the store many times in the past was seen inside.\u00a0A surveillance footage confirmed the man stole from the store again. The victim stated he lost his personal belongings that contained specific information about him. The victim said an unknown suspect used his lost belongings to make purchases. An officer provided the victim with fraud prevention information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Following Too Close-Unlicensed-No Insurance &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4:00 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Lake Merced Blvd and North State Dr<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a vehicle collision and met up with the SF State University police. The officers identified the driver at fault and learned that the driver was following too close that resulted in a collision. Upon arrival the officers met with a construction worker who was working on the residence. The worker stated when he arrived at the residence, its doorway was open. The door had been previously locked. The worker said his tools were missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>9:57 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 Sloat Blvd<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a burglary. Upon arrival the officers met with a construction worker who was working on a residence. The construction worker stated that when he arrived at the residence, its doorway was open. The door had been previously locked. The officers noticed pry marks on the entrance doorway and took photographs of the scene. The construction worker further said multiple tools that belonged to him were missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>3:33 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>00 Forest Side Dr<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a burglary. Upon arrival the officers met a woman who said when she arrived home, she noticed several of her personal belongings missing. The officers conducted a walk-through of the residence and found no suspect. The officers requested CSI to respond and collect possible evidence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Residential Burglary<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:53 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2000 47th Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a possible suspect who stole a personal belonging from the reportee\u2019s home. The victim said he noticed\u00a0his personal belonging missing from his garage. The victim also noticed a male walking down his block. The victim believed the male may have taken his belonging.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: White, male, 6\u20192\u201d, 180lbs., between the ages of 25-35. LSW: Short hair, plaid shirt, jeans, white shoes, and a dark colored fabric bag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2:27 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 Ocean Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>A woman walked into Taraval station to report a theft. The woman stated while she was eating at a restaurant, a man came up to her and ran off with one of her personal belongings.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: White, male, 6\u20190\u201d, 160 lbs., between the ages of 18-20. LSW: Black hoodie, blue jeans and might possibly be Hispanic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Vehicle<br \/>\n<\/strong>10:28 pm \/ 3200 20th Ave \/ 2014 Gray Jeep Cherokee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing-Possession of Narcotics-Arrest<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>7:45 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 Monterey Blvd<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a trespasser at a residence. The victim stated he gave the trespasser a warning the day before but the suspect ignored the warning. The officers noticed a small bag tucked in the suspect\u2019s bra and the suspect confirmed that it contained narcotics. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The officers placed the suspect under arrest for trespassing and for possession of narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trespassing-Resisting Arrest<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:47 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>200 Holloway Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of trespasser at a business. Upon arrival the officers met with the business owner who stated that the trespasser was locked in an office and was refusing to leave. The officers went into the business to convince the suspect to leave. The suspect came out of the office and got into a small altercation with the officers. The officers arrested the suspect, and in the process the suspect resisted the officers&#8217; commands. The suspect was arrested for trespassing and resisting arrest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>7:25 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>100 San Felipe Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a report of an attempted fraud. Upon arrival the officer met with the victim who stated that he was receiving numerous calls from people asking him to sign documents so he can receive money. The victim said he did not disclose any information to the callers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expired Registration Tags-Suspended License-No Driver\u2019s License in Possession-Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>11:52 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>18th Ave and Lincoln Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>While on patrol, an officer noticed a vehicle with expired registration tags. The officer conducted a traffic stop and confronted the driver. The driver did not have a driver\u2019s license in possession. Upon arrival the officers met a construction worker who was working at the residence. The worker stated when he arrived at the residence, he noticed the rear windows were open and multiple tools that belonged to him were missing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary-Forcible Entry<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:50 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2600 15<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of burglary. Upon arrival the officers met with a contractor who was working on the site. The contractor said when he arrived at the residence, he noticed the garage door was open and a plywood board damaged. The contractor said he was missing multiple work tools. The officers determined that the suspect gained entry through the front and exited through the opened garage door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary-Forcible Entry<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4:33 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1300 16<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a report of burglary. Upon arrival the officer met the victim who stated that an unknown suspect gained entrance to her locked garage. The victim said that multiple personal belongings were missing and the lock to her garage was cut. The officer verified that the lock was cut and the garage door could have easily been opened.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:06 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>900 Capitol Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a physical fight between two people. Upon arrival the officers stopped and detained the combatants. Officers conducted an investigation and determined that no fight occurred. The officers conducted a computer check of the suspects and discovered that one of the suspects had an arrest warrant. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The officers placed the suspect under arrest for his warrant and transported him to county jail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>8:00 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>100 Aptos Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>A man walked into Taraval station to report that his daughter\u2019s personal belongings had been stolen from her backpack at her school. The man said an unknown suspect had been using his daughter\u2019s personal information to make purchases without permission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft from Building<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>9:00 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1900 Lincoln Way<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of theft. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim who stated that a personal belonging was stolen from her garage. The victim said she did not give any one permission to access her garage. The officer determined that there were no signs of forced entry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>11:45 am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4100 Judah St<br \/>\n<\/strong>A woman walked into Taraval station to report fraud. The victim stated she noticed several unauthorized purchases in her account. The victim said she did not lose any of her cards or give-away any of her personal information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud-False Personation to Receive Money<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>2:40 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>900 Taraval St<br \/>\n<\/strong>A man walked into Taraval station to report fraud. The victim stated that an unknown suspect had withdrawn money from his bank account without permission. The victim provided an officer with records and transactions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fraud<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>7:10 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>100 Edgehill Way<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a fraud incident. Upon arrival the officer met the victim who stated she received a bill for something she did not purchase. The victim provided a copy of the bill to the officer. The man stated while he was at a bus stop, an unknown suspect shoved him for no apparent reason.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft-Shoplifting &#8211; Arrested<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>6:40pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>700 Taraval St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a shoplifting incident at a supermarket. Prior to the officer\u2019s arrival, the supermarket\u2019s loss prevention staff was able to detain the suspect in the office. The loss prevention agent told the officers that the suspect was seen concealing items from the store, and was stopped after the suspect left the premise. The loss prevention staff then turned the suspect over to the officers&#8217; custody. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The loss prevention staff placed the suspect under citizen&#8217;s arrrest.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Verbal Threats-Narcotics &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>12:24pm<br \/>\n22nd\u00a0Ave and\u00a0Taraval St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers recognized a suspect that was wanted for a previous incident. The officers then conducted a search of the suspect and found a pipe with narcotics. The officers were then transported the suspect to Taraval Station. The officers then contacted a victim whom the suspect made threats to. The victim was then told to file a restraining order against the suspect. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The suspect was cited for making threats and for possession narcotics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with Suspended License-Left Turn Violation &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>5:54pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>19<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Irving St<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that made a prohibited left turn. A computer check showed the driver&#8217;s license was suspended. The driver then released the vehicle to an acquaintance who possessed a valid driver license. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and for making a prohibited left turn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Without a Valid Driver License-Stop Sign Violation-No Proof of Insurance &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>7:13pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>22<sup>nd<\/sup> Ave and Ocean Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not stop for a posted stop sign. A computer check revealed the driver&#8217;s license expired. The man was also unable to show proof of insurance. The victim stated while he was riding MUNI, an off-leash dog approached him. In order to avoid the dog he moved his foot. The dog owner got upset and got into a verbal altercation with the victim. The dog owner then physically assaulted the victim and fled the LRV in an unknown direction.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African Male, approximately 25-30 years old, 5\u201910, black hair and approximately 150 pounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warrant Arrest &#8211; Arrested<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>5:07pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>3000 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was illegally parked in a red zone. A computer check revealed the driver had an arrest warrant from an outside jurisdiction. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The man was then booked at Taraval Station. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Malicious Mischief-Vandalism to Vehicle<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>6:46pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 Lincoln Way<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a vandalism. The reporting witness told the officers that two unknown suspects entered his garage and smoked before exiting. After the suspects left the garage, they began to vandalize a vehicle that was in the surrounding area. The officer contacted the vehicle owner. The witness said he would recognize the suspects if he saw them again.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: White Male, between the ages 30-35 5\u201910, approximately 160 pounds, bad ache. LSW: Black cap, white T-shirt, black one strap backpack.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>3:26am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 La Playa St<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a possible bicycle theft. Upon arrival the reporting witness told the officer that an unknown suspect went into an open garage and took a bicycle. The man attempted to locate the owner but was unable to. The officer was able to close the garage door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with a Suspended Driver License-Stop Sign Violation &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>10:08pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>37<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Taraval St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that did not stop at a posted stop sign. A computer check revealed the driver was driving with a suspended license. The driver released the vehicle to his acquaintance. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license and not stopping at a posted stop sign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving Without a Driver License-Nonfunctional License Plate Light &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>11:21pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>19<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Taraval St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had a broken license plate light. A computer check revealed the driver was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited for driving without a license and driving with a broken license plate light.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">MONDAY &#8211; SEPTEMBER 8, 2014<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>10:37am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 18<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a burglary. Upon arrival the victim told the officers that she left her garage earlier with her property still inside. However when she returned to her garage, she discovered that her property was gone. The woman asked the residents in her unit if they left the garage open. No one claimed to have left the garage open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bicycle Theft<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4:09pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4000 Irving St<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer responded to a possible burglary. Upon arrival a man told the officer that he had earlier left his bike unlocked in his apartment building. However when he came back to retrieve his bicycle he noticed it was swapped with a different bicycle. The man also suspected someone broke into his residence because he stated his door seemed to be forced open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>9:56pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>00 Madrone Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer was dispatched to a incidents involving threats. Upon arrival the victim told the officer that she disconnected her phone service and someone else has her old number. A computer check revealed the driver did not have a driver&#8217;s license. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The woman was cited for driving without a driver license and driving with dim brake lights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TUESDAY &#8211; SEPTEMBER 9, 2014<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Assault<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>6:27am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>46<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Judah St<br \/>\n<\/strong>A man walked into Taraval Station to report an assault on a bus. The man stated he had been stabbed with a needle by an unknown suspect while he was riding the bus. The officers were able to match the victim\u2019s description of the suspect to a person that was apprehended for an earlier crime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robbery<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1:19pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>48<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Noriega St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a robbery. Upon arrival the victim told the officers that two suspects stopped him and forcefully ripped his necklace off of him. After the suspects ripped his necklace, they fled into an unknown vehicle.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: Filipino or Hispanic male, age 25-35, 5\u201910, approximately 200 pounds. LSW: Black \/ Gray Hat<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary \u2013 Under Construction<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>10:23am<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>1000 Moraga St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a burglary. Upon arrival the victims told the officers their backdoor was found pried open. They further stated their property was stolen while they were out of town. CSI was notified of the incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>3:31pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>00 Lee Ave<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a burglary. Upon arrival the officers met a victim who said when she returned to her locked home, she found the door open and broken. The victim also saw that multiple items were missing from the house. The officers determined the point of entry was through the front door.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft From Building<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>6:18pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>300 Eucalyptus Dr<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a recreation center regarding a theft. The officers were told by the victim that while he was in a locker room, he left his locker unlocked for a short time. During the time he stepped-away from his locker, an unknown suspect stole his property. The officers were able to obtain surveillance footage of the incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving with Suspended Driver License-Expired Registration &#8211; Cited<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>4:18pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Sunset Blvd and Judah St<br \/>\n<\/strong>An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. After confirming the expired status of the registration, the officer found the driver had a suspended driver&#8217;s license. The driver left the vehicle legally parked at the scene. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited for driving with a suspended driver&#8217;s license and driving with expired registration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Driving With a Suspended Driver&#8217;s License-Unsafe Speed \u2013 Cited<br \/>\n6:30pm<br \/>\nSloat Blvd and Vale\u00a0St<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling at an unsafe speed.
