Officers searched the area and located the unoccupied vehicle. They were then able to locate the suspect <span style=\"color: #993300;\">and arrest him without incident.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Battery \u2013 Vandalism \u2013 Case# 260224529<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>8:41 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1900 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, a bartender, told officers that the suspect had been drinking at the bar and became belligerent. The victim told the suspect that she needed to leave. When the victim attempted to film the incident with her cell phone, the suspect took the victim\u2019s phone and shattered it on the floor. The victim then tried to hold the suspect back and was pushed.
