During the transaction, the suspect attempted to forcibly take the watch from the victim. A brief struggle ensued, after which the suspect produced a handgun and fired one round toward the victim and his friends. The bullet struck the victim\u2019s vehicle. Officers contacted the driver, who was on probation.
