Security was escorting the suspect out of the mall and telling the suspect to leave the store multiple times. Security also told the suspect to leave in the officers&#8217; presence. The suspect refused and remained in the mall. The suspect refused. The victim, a MUNI transit operator, told officers that the suspect began banging on the conductor\u2019s booth and demanded to be let out. The victim stopped the train and opened the door. The suspect then blocked the entrance to the conductor\u2019s booth. The victim told officers that the suspect appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect struck the victim with a can of beer and later threw the can at the victim, striking him in the head. The suspect left the scene.
