\nThe victim came to Taraval Station to report a battery incident. The victim stated that he was walking when he made a comment to himself regarding the smell of the cigarette the suspect was smoking. The suspect, who was smoking the cigarette, made a derogatory statement and got into her vehicle. As the victim was about to cross the street, the suspect pulled the vehicle in front of him, blocking his path. The suspect then threw a juice bottle at the victim before leaving the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n
