When the victim arrived home early morning, an unknown suspect approached her with a handgun and demanded money. She feared for her life and complied. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>11:00 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a school. Officers met the principal who said two unknown suspects had stolen several items. A surveillance footage showed the suspects enter and wander through the school without checking-in at the front office.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect #1: African American, male, between the ages of 40-45. LSW: Black hat, gray hoodie, black jeans, and white shoes.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect #2: African American, male, between the ages of 50-55. LSW: Black baseball cap, black hoodie, white t-shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>11:06 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>600 Kirkham St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of a home burglary. A man said a personal belonging was missing from his residence. He left his belonging unattended while he was away for a few days. Upon return his belonging was gone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>7:15 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>300 Eucalyptus Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. An unknown suspect stole his personal belonging from his locker. The man did not see any suspect and no witness to the incident was found.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 9:51 pm \/ Noriega St and 19<sup>th<\/sup> Ave \/ 2014 Black Lexus RX350<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Driving without Headlights during Darkness-Suspended License-No Insurance-Cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>12:02 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>Capitol Ave and Sadowa Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer saw a vehicle driving without its headlights activated in the dark. The officer conducted a traffic violation stop. A record check of the driver revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. The driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance. The officers conducted a traffic violation stop of the vehicle. A record check of the driver revealed the driver&#8217;s license was suspended. The officers arrived on scene and saw a victim with wounds to her head. An ambulance was called. A suspect had hit the the victim over the head with a bottle. The victim fell down as a result. The suspect then went through the victim&#8217;s purse and fled with her money.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: White Male, 6\u20190, between the ages 40 and 50, 200 lbs. LSW: Light Gray T- Shirt, black pants and sunglasses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Aggravated Assault<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1:53 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>Taraval St and 19<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a battery. Officers found an unconscious person on the ground surround by a crowd. A witness said the person was intoxicated and was yelling at taxi drivers that they were not licensed to drive people. The intoxicated person then hit one of the vehicles. The occupant of the vehicle got out and hit the person. The victim was knocked to the ground.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 5\u20199 between the ages 19 and 21, 145 lbs. LSW: Dark Pants<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Forced Entry<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>8:45 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>00 Santa Rita Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim had left her home locked and secured. When she returned in the morning, she found the door damaged and opened. Multiple items from inside were taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Forced Entry<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2:45 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>700 Gonzalez Dr.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary. A victim said he believed someone tried to kick his door down when no one was home. The door had been damaged but no entry was made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Shoplifting<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2:20 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>3000 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a theft. Store security held a suspect in custody. The suspect had entered the store, picked-up numerous merchandise items, concealed them in a bag, and exited without paying for the items. Store security placed the suspect under Citizen&#8217;s Arrest. Officers then took custody of the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Shoplifting<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>3:56 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>000 West Portal Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a petty theft. A suspect walked into a store, grabbed two merchandise items, and immediately fled without paying for them.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: Black Male, 5\u201911 between the ages 25 and 29 170 lbs. LSW: Black beanie, white jacket, light blue jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Building<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2:20 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 10<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a possible bicycle theft. The victim had left his bicycle unattended in a locked and secured garage. Upon return he noticed the bicycle was missing. He also said no one else at the time had access to the garage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>5:39 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2000 16<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a theft. When the victim returned home from work, her neighbor told her she saw two suspects pull up to her house, grab two boxes that were in front of the house, and drive away.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: white female between the ages 20 and 25. LSW: baseball hat, Long blonde hair, with shorts and sandals. Suspect 2: white male between the ages 20 and 25 with brown hair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Locked Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 12:45 pm \/28<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Lawton St \/ 2010 Silver Toyota Corolla<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fraud<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>4:35 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2000 18<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A victim walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. The victim had received a notice from his bank that suspicious purchases were made on his account. The victim did not authorize the purchases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vandalism<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1:40 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 24<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim said a window in her downstairs garage was broken. There were no witnesses and no property was taken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Graffiti<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>10:44 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>Taraval St and 24<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers were flagged down by a reportee who called 911 to report a graffiti. The reportee pointed out the suspect who was walking down the street. The officers detained the suspect and found incriminating evidence.<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Stolen and Recovered Vehicle <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:49 am \/ 100 Aptos Ave and Ocean \/ 2010 Silver Honda Civic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Found Property <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 11:47 \/ 21<sup>st<\/sup> Ave and Pacheco St.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>FRIDAY &#8211; OCTOBER 3, 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery-Force \/ Counterfeit Money<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>9:42 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 Irving and 10<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a fraud. The victim said he met a buyer at a cafe to sell his iPad. The buyer gave cash to the victim and in exchange the victim handed-over the iPad. The victim immediately realized he was given counterfeit cash. The buyer then punched the victim and exited the cafe. The suspect stepped into an awaiting car and fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1 (buyer): Hispanic Male, 5\u20196, between 30 and 35 years old, 185 lbs. LSW: Black hooded sweater, black hat with red trim, light colored jeans, and goatee.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 2 (getaway driver): Hispanic Male<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery of Service Station-Weapon<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>10:55 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>600 Lincoln Way<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a robbery. They met a gas station employee and a witness. The suspect had entered the store wearing a mask and with his hand in a pocket implying he had a concealed a gun. The suspect demanded money from the cash register. The employee complied. The suspect then quickly fled with the money.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 6\u20190, between 25 and 30 years old, 200lbs. The victim said her shed had been opened and multiple items were missing. A victim said when he returned home, he noticed multiple items were missing. Further investigation indicated a suspect gained entry through an opened window and exited through a patio door.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Locked Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 7:12 pm \/ 3000 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave \/ 1994 Gold Honda Accord<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fraud<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>12:15 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 16<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A victim filed a report over the internet that her wallet was stolen from her purse. The victim said she received phone calls from credit card companies asking for her authorization to open accounts with them. The victim was walking from his car to his house when two suspects told him to slow down. The suspects pulled out a knife and demanded the victim&#8217;s belongings. The victim complied. The suspects took the victim\u2019s belongings and fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: African American Male, 6\u20191, between 25 and 30 years old, 180 lbs. LSW: dark clothing with shaved head.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery-Aggravated Assault<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>9:40 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of an assault. The victim was bleeding from his face. An ambulance was called and the paramedics treated the victim. The victim said he was walking to his car when a suspect hit him multiple times. The suspect then fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: Hispanic Male, 6\u20192, between ages 25 and 35, 250lbs. LSW: Tattoos on neck, long hair in a pony tail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>3:49 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2000 35<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Vicente St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim walked into his garage to show a friend his bicycle. The bike was missing. The last time the victim saw his bike was one week ago. The victim said he had sometimes left his garage door opened in the last week.\u00a0 An unknown suspect entered and exited through the opened garage door.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>11:45 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>15<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Taraval St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a\u00a0 report of an intoxicated man walking into moving traffic. The officers detained the man. The victim heard a noise downstairs. She went downstairs and saw a suspect writing on her wall with a permanent marker. The officers met the victim and his friends. They said an unknown suspect bumped into the victim. The victim said he was walking down the street when someone came up behind him and hit him over the head with a wooden stick. As a result he appeared dazed and confused. No suspicious device or bomb was found.
