The dog owner and the victim said the victim was working on the dog owner\u2019s property when the dog bit the victim. The victim parked his car and then heard a noise of a window smash. A few moments later he received a short threatening phone call from an unknown suspect. The victim did not know the identity of the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Recovered Vehicle<br \/>\n<\/strong>7:47 am \/ 1000 38<sup>th<\/sup> Ave \/ 1999 Blue Honda Civic<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>THURSDAY &#8211; OCTOBER, 23 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary to Residence under Construction<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>12:16 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2000 17<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim left his home locked and secured. Upon return he saw the garage door broken open. Multiple tools were stolen from inside. The point of entry and exit appeared to be the garage door.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary from Residence<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>8:28 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1000 8<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim left his home in the morning and upon return he noticed several items missing from the garage. Entry was made through the opened garage side-door that was also accessible from the backyard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary from Residence<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>10:52 pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>100 Byxbee St<br \/>\n<\/strong>Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim returned home to find it burglarized. His bedroom window was open and it appeared to be the point of entry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Building-Investigative Detention<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>11:49 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft from a business and that the suspects at the scene. The victim pointed to a group of construction workers as the suspects. The officers detained the group and received permission to search their vehicle. No stolen merchandise items were found. The suspects were released.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Building<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft. A bicycle shop owner said a man walked in and requested a test ride on a bicycle. The man left his ID and credit card with the shop. The suspect rode off and never returned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Building<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>4:50 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 14<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA victim walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. The victim was expecting a package to be delivered but did not receive it at the anticipated time. The victim checked his surveillance camera and saw a suspect take his delivered package that was left unattended.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: White Male, 5\u201910, between ages 28 and 32, 180 lbs, and brown hair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Building<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>6:45 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3000 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA victim walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. The victim secured her belongings in a locker at a gym. After returning from working-out she noticed her belongings stolen from the locker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft Shoplifting<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>7:56 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3000 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft. Store employees noticed missing merchandise. They checked recorded surveillance footage and saw two suspects shoplift the merchandise.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: African American Male, 5\u20198, between ages 25 and 30, 200 lbs, black hair LSW: blue shirt, black jacket, gray pants.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 2: African American Female, 5\u20196, between ages 25 and 30, 200 lbs, black hair LSW: red jacket and black pants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from locked Vehicle<br \/>\n<\/strong>1:25 pm \/ 1000 Ocean Ave and Ashton Ave \/ 2002 Green Honda Civic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>11:07 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>27<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA victim walked into Taraval Station to report a vandalism to her vehicle. The victim believed an ex-girlfriend of her boyfriend was the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vandalism to Property<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>8:08 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 Great Hwy<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a vandalism. The victim had gotten into an argument with his daughter. The daughter marched-out angrily. The victim then heard a loud bang and found the garage door damaged. The victim believed his daughter was the suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Driving without License-Cited<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>9:49 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1000 46<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer stopped a vehicle with an expired registration tab. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited for driving without a license and released at the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Stolen Vehicle<br \/>\n<\/strong>2:30 pm \/ 1000 28<sup>th<\/sup> Ave \/ 1995 Gray Acura Integra<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lost Property<\/strong><br \/>\n10:00 am \/ 1600 Holloway Ave<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>FRIDAY &#8211; OCTOBER, 24 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Robbery-Commercial Establishment with Weapon<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3:51 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>200 Winston Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. Store security tried to stop two shoplifters from fleeing. When they were confronted by store security, one of the shoplifters-suspect 1, pulled out a chemical repellant spray and threatened to attack with it. The suspects then fled the scene. Store security was able to acquire the license plate of the getaway car.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: African American Female, 5\u20197, between ages 18 and 22, 130 lbs, red hair LSW: teal tank top, acid washed jean shorts, black purse<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 2: African American Female, 5\u20198, between ages 18 and 22, 130 lbs, black hair LSW: black leather jacket with metal studs, dark blue true religion jeans and large black tote bag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery-Store with Knife<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>9:50 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>700 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to report of a person with a knife. The victim confronted the suspect who was carrying a bag filled with stolen candies from the store. The suspect pulled out a knife, threatened the victim, and fled with the bag.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 5\u20195, between ages 40 and 45, 140 lbs, black hair. LSW: red hoody, braided hair, blue jeans, and black shoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery-Store with force<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>11:38 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 Noriega St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a fight between store employees and a shoplifter. The suspect shoplifted grocery items and tried to flee. When store employees confronted the suspect he pushed his way out and fled with the groceries.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 5\u20199, between ages 25 and 45, 160 lbs. LSW: White baseball cap, lime green shirt, gray pants and brown shoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery with Serious Injury<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12:53 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>19<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim was unconscious and therefore paramedics also responded. A witness saw the victim in a heated argument with the suspect. The suspect punched the victim who then fell to the ground. The victim was transported to the hospital for further treatment.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: Hispanic Male, 5\u20197, between ages 25 and 30, 190 lbs, black hair. LSW: gray hooded sweatshirt, white tee shirt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Assault-Aggravated, with Knife, Attempted Robbery<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>4:02 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1000 Ocean Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a stabbing. The victim was walking to a store when he noticed two suspects following him. The suspects approached and demanded the victim surrender his belongings. The victim refused and as a result suspect 1 hit him in the shoulder with a knife.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: African American Male, 5\u201910 \u2013 6\u20191, between ages 24 and 30, gold hair. LSW: off black sweater, blue jeans, Jordan 10\u2019s black shoes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>8:50 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Geneva Ave and Ocean Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery on a MUNI bus. The victim sat behind the suspect who suddenly turned around and punched the victim in the face. The victim alerted the bus driver. The suspect ran up to the driver, demanded the driver open the door, and then exited the bus.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 6\u20190, between ages 20 and 25, 180 lbs. LSW: gray hoodie with white stars on sleves, black pants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12:17 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>22<sup>nd<\/sup> Ave and Taraval St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">A victim walked into Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim saw the suspect litter and told the suspect to pick it up. The suspect then spat on the victim and fled the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Residence<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>9:41 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 29<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim left his bicycle unattended behind a secured gate at his home. When he returned, the gate was open and the bicycle missing. The officers determined a suspect gained entry by breaking open the gate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Person<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3:21 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>00 West Portal Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft. The victim said the suspect ran up to her, grabbed her cell phone out of her hand, and fled the scene. up information.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American Male, 6\u20190, between ages 18 and 28, 180 lbs, black hair. The store manager said three suspects entered the store. Suspect 2 distracted the manager while suspect 1 bent down behind the counter. The victim was in the process of moving out of a residence. While the victim was moving out, the victim noticed damage to the residence and a couple of items missing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warrant Arrest-Cited-Arrested<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>8:12 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>700 Irving St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer observed a person sleeping in front of an entry to a business that had a \u201cNo Trespassing\u201d sign. A record check of the person&#8217;s identification revealed he had an arrest warrant.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The officer cited the person for trespassing and arrested him for the warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12:13 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>200 Taraval St<\/strong><br \/>\nAn officer responded to a report of a mentally disturbed person. The officer detained a woman identified as the disturbed person. A record check revealed the woman had an arrest warrant.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">She was arrested for the warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>10:26 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>300 Noriega St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a theft. The victim noticed his personal belongings missing from his garage. The victim believed his housekeeper accidentally left a patio door open. An unknown suspect may have gained entry through the patio door and stolen the garage door opener.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12:12 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1000 46<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nA woman walked into Taraval station to report a theft. The woman noticed her personal belongings missing from a shared garage. The victim found her vehicle damaged. She did not know who could have done it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Stolen License Plate<\/strong><br \/>\n1:00 pm \/ 2000 39<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Santiago St<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Found Property<\/strong><br \/>\n4:00 pm \/ 30<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and Kirkham St<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SUNDAY &#8211;\u00a0 OCTOBER, 26 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Attempted Robbery with Force<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>9:40 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>100 Cambon Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery at a liquor store. Two suspects walked-in and browsed the aisles. The victim saw suspect 1 take an item and conceal it in his pocket. The two suspects then walked to the counter to pay for a different merchandise item. When the victim asked suspect 1 regarding the concealed item, the suspect angrily threatened him. When the victim tried to stop suspect 1 from leaving, the suspect hit the victim multiple times. Suspect 1 ran away while suspect 2 got into a car and drove away in a different direction.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 1: African American Male, 5\u20197, between ages 17 and 20, 130 lbs, black hair. LSW: Black jacket and black shirt.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect 2: African American Female, between ages 20 and 25, black hair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery with Force-Probation Violation-Arrested<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>7:46 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>200 Winston Dr<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a shoplifting at a department store. The suspect tried to flee with a bag that concealed multiple unpaid merchandise items. Store security tried to stop the suspect who refused to cooperate and resisted. Security was able to detain the suspect. A record check revealed the suspect was on probation and had an arrest warrant.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The suspect was arrested for robbery, for violating probation, and for the arrest warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Aggravated Assault with Force<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>5:28 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Brotherhood Way and Alemany Blvd<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim was at a\u00a0 hospital. The victim said he was walking home from a party when he was assaulted. The victim then became unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he asked a friend to take him to a hospital. The victim suffered contusions to his face and a possible concussion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dog Bite<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>6:31 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>200 Sagamore St<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers were flagged down by a reportee who said her dog bit a victim. The reportee was walking her dog when she noticed the victim taking recyclable items out of her trash can. The reportee did not see the dog bite the victim. However she did see bite marks on the victim\u2019s leg. The victim was treated at the scene and refused further action against the reportee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Theft from unlocked vehicle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>7:43 am<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1000 43<sup>rd<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of a vehicular burglary. The victim left her car parked in the driveway overnight. She did not however lock her car. When she returned to her vehicle she noticed an unknown suspect entered her car, retrieved the garage opener, entered her garage, and stole multiple bicycles. Crime Scene Investigators responded to retrieve possible evidence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warrant Arrest-Carrying concealed weapon, Trespassing-Arrested<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>12:15 pm<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2000 17<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><br \/>\nOfficers responded to a report of two off-duty police officers detaining a suspect who disrupted church service. The suspect had been asked to leave multiple times but he refused. As a result the off-duty officers detained the suspect. The officers found a weapon that the suspect tried to grab when the off-duty officers detained him. The church clergyman placed the suspect under citizen&#8217;s arrest for trespassing.
