The customer said the employee assaulted him because he spilled sauce. The restaurant employee said the customer deliberately spilled sauce on a table. The employee asked the customer why he poured the sauce, the customer replied with racial slurs and attacked the employee. A witness confirmed what the employee said. The employee refused to make a citizen&#8217;s arrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Forcible Entry<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>12:51am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>100 Sagamore St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim was inside her home when she heard a loud noise. She then saw a suspect peer inside through a window. The suspect immediately fled when he realized the house was occupied. The victim noticed damage to their property. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American male, age 30 \u2013 25, 5\u201910. LSW: Black T-Shirt with white writing, possibly blue jeans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6:36pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1000 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a man conceal multiple wine bottles and exit without paying. The employee confronted the shoplifter in an attempt to detain him. The suspect resisted and tried to flee. However he was detained and a citizen&#8217;s arrest was made against him. The officers took custody of the suspect. The man had returned to his car and saw a window shattered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Stolen Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">11:57am \/ 30 Cambon Dr \/ 2014 White Ford Focus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Recovered Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">8:37am \/ 1200 21<sup>st<\/sup> Ave \/ 1995 Red Honda Accord<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<strong>THURSDAY &#8211; NOVEMBER, 13 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Robbery with Force-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2:31 pm <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>300 Winston Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a robbery. A suspect robbed a woman&#8217;s purse while they were in a bathroom at a store. The store employees took the suspect into custody. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The suspect was arrested for the above charge.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fraud<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7:24 pm <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2700 42<sup>nd<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a fraud. The victim received a phone call from an unknown person who said the victim&#8217;s granddaughter was arrested and she needed money to make bail. The victim went to a store to buy MoneyPak cards. A store employee warned the victim that she may be a victim of a scam. The victim called her granddaughter and found out she was not arrested at all.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7:46 pm <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3200 20<sup>th<\/sup> Ave <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. Store employees saw a suspect take multiple merchandise items and attempt to flee without paying. The employees detained the suspect and placed him under citizen&#8217;s arrest. A record check revealed the suspect had an arrest warrant.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Officers took custody of the suspect for shoplifting and for the arrest warrant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Driving with Suspended License-Broken Brake Light<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>10:30 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>31<sup>st<\/sup> Ave and Ortega St <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">An officer stopped a vehicle for traveling with a missing gas cap and for broken tail lights. A record check revealed the driver&#8217;s license was suspended.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The driver was cited and released for the above charges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Stolen Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">10:20 am \/ 00 Cambon Dr \/ 2014 White Ford Focus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Lost Property<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">12:10 pm \/ 2300 24<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>FRIDAY &#8211; NOVEMBER, 14 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2:48 pm <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1400 27<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglary. A victim left his shared garage locked and secured. Upon return, he noticed multiple belongings missing from the shared garage. The only other people who had access were his neighbors. The garage door appeared to be the point of entry and exit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Arson<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2:34 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>900 Lawton St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a fire. Firefighters were already on scene of a portable toilet on fire. The firefighters said it was a stand-alone fire and no other property was damaged. The owner of the portable toilet was notified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-False Personation <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>10:28 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>200 West Portal Ave <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">An officer was flagged down by a victim who reported a theft and false personation. The wife of the deceased found her husband in a bathroom. He was unresponsive. The deceased had suffered from medical issues. The man disputed with an another woman about a property that they purchased together. The other woman threatened the man and the woman if their dispute was not resolved to the other woman&#8217;s satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Residential Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5:02 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1200 10<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglary. While at home a victim heard a suspicious noise from outside and peered out the window to check. He saw an unknown person walking away from his property. The victim then went to his garage and noticed his belongings were moved. Additionally he did not know if any of his belonging was stolen. The victim&#8217;s and his neighbor&#8217;s home have been burglarized in the past.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: About 5\u201910\u201d, about 160 lbs. LSW: A dark blue hoodie with the hood up, dark blue pants, and was seen carrying a small metal dolly under their right arm<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Residential Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6:52 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1300 14<sup>th<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">An officer responded to a report of a burglary. A man confronted an another man whom he did not recognize inside a shared garage. The man immediately fled on a bicycle. No property appeared to be missing or taken.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: White, male, between the ages of 24-26, about 5\u20199\u201d, about 165 lbs., with red hair. LSW: Hair to the neckline length, unshaven face, gray beanie, khaki pants, black backpack, and riding on a black bike<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>9:30 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2400 22<sup>nd<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The victims had left their vehicle unlocked and parked outside. The victims noticed their car was ransacked and items missing such as the garage door opener. They checked the garage and saw that it was opened. Numerous items were also missing from inside the garage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warrant Arrest<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>9:45 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1000 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">An officer was casually talking to a man. The officer conducted a record check of the man and it revealed he had an arrest warrant. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The officer arrested the man for the warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Vandalism<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1:35pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>600 Taraval St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim&#8217;s home front gate was damaged and some of his mail were missing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft from Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">8:47 am \/ 2400 22<sup>nd<\/sup> Ave \/ 1999 Blue Nissan Maxima<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Malicious Mischief-Vandalism to Vehicle<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7:13 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>100 Eucalyptus Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">A man walked into Taraval station to report a vandalism to his vehicle. An unknown suspect had damaged his vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Harassing Text Messages<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7:56 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1400 41<sup>st<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a threat. The victim received threatening text messages from her former roommate. A record check revealed the roommate had an address nearby. The medical examiner and firefighters were already on scene. The daughter of the deceased woman said she had been ill and her death was imminent. The victim noticed someone had thrown eggs at her house. The victim&#8217;s ex-girlfriend was dating one of the victim&#8217;s former friends. The former friend tried to incite fights with the victim and made threatening phone calls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery &#8211; cited<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4:39 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>100 Broad St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a fight. Two men were physically fighting over a parking space at a church. They each made a citizen&#8217;s arrest on each other for battery. Officers cited and released the men at the scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary of Apartment<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>8:16 am <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1700 Great Hwy<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim had noticed multiple belongings were taken from her garage. Additionally there were items she did not recognize that were left behind in the garage. Officers determined the point of entry was the front gate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary-Hot Prowl <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>12:24 pm <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>100 Maywood Dr <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a burglar at a scene. The victim was sleeping when three suspects broke into the house. The victim immediately called 911. Additionally the home alarm activated. A witness went outside and saw the suspects in a white van. The witness approached the suspects and asked what happened. The victim arrived home and noticed a glass door in the back of the house was broken. Officers determined the glass door was the point of entry. A landlord was in a dispute with a tenant whom she wanted to evict. The victim&#8217;s child&#8217;s belongings were stolen from their garage. At the time of the burglary a contractor was working on the premise. He did not however see anyone steal the child&#8217;s belongings. When the victims returned home, they noticed it was broken into. The man received phone calls from people claiming to be from a federal immigration agency. They asked the man to pay certain fees related to immigration paperwork and the man complied. The same people called again and demanded more fees be paid. The man became suspicious and contacted the US Federal Trade Commission. The victim was outside talking on her cellular phone. A man exited a MUNI bus that stopped nearby and walked up to her.
