The victim heard her shared garage door open and saw a suspect riding away on her bicycle. The victim left her room locked and secured. Upon return she noticed her photos were taken. No other property was taken. The victim left her home locked and secured. Upon return she noticed an unknown suspect gained entry by breaking her front door open. An unknown suspect broke into the victim&#8217;s car and stole multiple items. The victim&#8217;s house was also burglarized. Firefighters and paramedics also responded. The reportee said the deceased had been ill. The reportee believed he saw a man with a gun. An unknown suspect gained entry through the front gate and the victims&#8217; home. A suspect gained entry through an unlocked front gate and an unlocked front door. The suspect then entered the victim&#8217;s basement and stole an item before fleeing.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: African American male, 5\u20193\u201d, 150 lbs., 20-25 years-old, medium build, black hair, and brown eyes. Officers detained a man who matched the suspect&#8217;s description. A suspect had entered the store, brandished a weapon at an employee, and calmly asked for merchandise items. The employee complied and the suspect fled with the items. A surveillance footage showed the suspect.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect: Asian male, 5\u20194\u201d, 150 lbs., between the ages of 25-30. An unknown suspect ransacked and stole items from the victims&#8217; home. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>7:27 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2600 Quintara St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim arrived home and noticed the front gate damaged and the front door opened. The home was ransacked. The victim noticed his front door opened and the lock damaged. The home was ransacked and multiple items missing. Crime Scene Investigators were notified to respond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Arrest Warrant-Arrest<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>1:37 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2400 Ocean Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer stopped a vehicle for not stopping completely at a controlled intersection. The woman stated that she was in a fitting room and stepped out momentarily, leaving her personal belongings in the stall. When she returned, she noticed her personal belongings missing and did not see any potential suspects or witnesses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fraud-Arrest<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2:52 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>2400 31<sup>st<\/sup> Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a citizen&#8217;s arrest at a store. Store security placed an employee under citizen&#8217;s arrest for stealing. An unknown suspect damaged the rear end of the victim&#8217;s car.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Suspicious Occurrence<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>8:46 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>100 Idora Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a suspicious occurrence. Two unknown men asked residents of a home if they can access their neighbor&#8217;s backyard to make measurements. One of the men had unexpectedly appeared in the home. The man became startled when confronted by one of the residents. The two men eventually left. The residents noticed some of their drawers were opened and ransacked. However no item appeared to have been taken.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Suspect #1: White, male, 6\u20190\u201d, 170 lbs., 50-55 years-old, white hair. Two previously known shoplifting suspects were seen inside. One employee saw the suspects conceal merchandise items in a bag. The suspects exited without paying. An employee confronted them. However one of the suspects pulled-out a chemical spray and threatened the employee. A man tried to obtain drinks without paying for them. An employee told him to leave. Instead the man threw objects at the employee. The employee confronted and stopped the man.
