A grounds manager saw graffiti on the outside wall of his church.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mental Health Detention<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 10:35 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1300 48th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a person lying on the sidewalk. Officers determined she was gravely disabled and therefore unable to care for herself. She was transported to a mental psychiatric center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 10:40 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1600 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He checked his records and saw an unauthorized ATM withdraw. An unknown suspect took money out of his account through an ATM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 11:24 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 40th Ave and Judah St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A man walked into Taraval station to report a vehicular vandalism. He returned to his parked and unattended car and saw it had scratch marks on the sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 12:05 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2200 40th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. An unknown person broke a victim\u2019s home window.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2:20 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1200 Monterey Blvd<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She received a phone call from a company claiming she owed them money. She did not have any dealing with or connection to this company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Failure to Obey Posted Sign-Suspended Drivers License-Cited<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Holloway Ave and Denslowe Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer stopped a vehicle for making an illegal turn. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #800000;\">The driver was cited and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suspicious Occurrence-Found Vehicle<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:32 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Juan Bautista Cir and Burcareli Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a robbery. A possible suspect vehicle was stopped and the suspects were detained. A victim refused to cooperate. The vehicle was reported stolen and it was subsequently towed. The possible suspects were released since they could not be positively identified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mental Health Detention<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 8:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 400 Arch St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a 911 hang-up. The person who dialed 911 and hung-up was determined to be a danger to himself. He was transported to a psychiatric care center for mental health evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Burglary<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 8:59 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a burglary at a store. An employee said two suspects took merchandise and fled without paying. Officers determined the suspects had intended to commit the theft, therefore committing a burglary.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\">Suspect #1: Black male; 6\u20192\u201d tall; 215 lbs; LSW: Black overcoat,black slacks.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800000;\"> Suspect #2: Black female; 5\u20197\u201d tall; brown hair; LSW: Dark coat, cornrow hair style.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Under the Influence of Alcohol in a Public Place-Arrest<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 11:12 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 100 Bright St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a person screaming and fighting.
