\n 100 Vernon and Randolph St<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a threat. A man claimed his landlord sent her nephew to intimidate him. The nephew supposedly threatened the man to move out before the nephew left.<\/span>
\nSuspect – White male :: 40-50 years :: 6\u20190\u201d tall :: 260 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW black \u201cHell\u2019s Angels\u201d shirt, black pants, \u201cHells Angels\u201d tattoo on neck<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:52 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Sunset Blvd & Vicente St<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a battery. A couple get into an argument and one of them strangled the other. A threat to harm was also made against the strangled victim. The suspect then left the scene.<\/span> Officers responded to the suspect\u2019s location and arrested him for the above offenses.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2400 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. A woman trespassed into a victim\u2019s backyard and retrieved empty cans for recycling. Officers detained the woman to investigate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving Without a License-Texting while Driving-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:35 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 19th Ave and Holloway Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for texting. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aggravated Assault-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3:43 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1400 32nd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. An upstairs resident confronted her downstairs neighbor regarding creaky floors. The downstairs neighbor threw warm water at the upstairs resident. The neighbor then hit the upstairs resident\u2019s head with a pot. Paramedics responded to treat the victim.<\/span> The downstairs neighbor was arrested for assault with an object.<\/span><\/p>\n

Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign- Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n Kirkham St and 12th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for failure to stop a stop sign. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Failure to Stop at a Red Light-Driving Without a License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 19th Ave and Crespi Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for failure to stop at a red light. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:44 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1700 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a robbery. A store employee tried to retrieve a stolen merchandise item from a shoplifter. The suspect pulled away and hit the employee before fleeing.<\/span>
\nSuspect – Hispanic male :: 40-45 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 175 lbs :: LSW black beanie, black jacket, gray jeans, black and red shoes<\/span><\/p>\n

Texting While Driving-Driving Without a License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:35 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 19th Ave & Holloway Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for texting while driving. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defrauding-Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:14 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n Denslowe Dr & Lyndhurst Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. A passenger in a rideshare vehicle ran off without paying the fare. The passenger allegedly stole the driver\u2019s backpack as well. Further investigation revealed the passenger was a student at a high school. The suspect\u2019s parent was contacted.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 0 Harding Rd<\/span><\/strong>
\n A mother and her son walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. They had left their belongings unattended and unsecured in a shed. Upon return, one of their belongings was missing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:21 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 400 Kirkham St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. A man tried to walk away from a conversation with his wife and her friends after he became upset. One of the friends stepped in front of him. He moved her out of the way and the she fell to the floor. The victim refused further police action.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unsafe Speed-Suspended Drivers License-False Plates on Vehicle-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 19th Ave and Holloway St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended and the vehicle\u2019s license plates were not the correct ones for that vehicle.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n
