Battery-Vandalism-Resisting Peace Officer-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:01 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3600 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. An intoxicated suspect approached and hit one of three victims who were standing on a sidewalk. The victims went inside their nearby residential building to get away from the suspect. The suspect then tried to climb the building, caused damage, and fell down on the ground. Officers attempted to detain the suspect however he physically resisted. Paramedics responded and transported the suspect due to his erratic behavior and possible injury. He was arrested for the above listed charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 1800 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person. The person voluntarily agreed to be searched. Officers found narcotics paraphernalia.<\/span> He was arrested and released for the violation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2000 Rivera St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman reported a set of floodlights was missing from its outdoor fixture on her house.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2:58 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a suspect take a merchandise item and exit without paying.<\/span> The employee placed the suspect under citizen\u2019s arrest for shoplifting.<\/span> Officers took custody and released him with a court summons.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1800 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. He had locked his belongings in a locker in a fitness center and briefly left. Upon return he saw the locker was open and his belongings missing. There was no damage to the locker or to the lock.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Unlawful Left Turn-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:34 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n Irving St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for an unlawful left turn. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest-Unlawful Double Parking-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 10:39 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Montana St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for unlawful double parking. A record check of an occupant revealed he was on probation and had an arrest warrant.<\/span> The occupant was arrested for the warrant. The driver was cited and released for unlawful double parking.<\/span><\/p>\n
