\n Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. A window was shattered at a caf\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Annoying Phone Calls<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:48 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Bright St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A person reported receiving numerous annoying phone calls from someone claiming to be from the \u201cPublishers Clearing House.\u201d<\/span>
\nSuspect \u2013 \u201cSteve Martin\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of Ammunition by Prohibited Person-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:13 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Aptos Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a firearm on school grounds. The principal was told a student possibly had a gun five days ago. Further investigation revealed the student had one bullet.<\/span> The student was arrested and released to the custody of a juvenile help center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Broken Windshield-Possession of Pellet Gun-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:26 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n Gonzalez Dr & Grijalva Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle with a cracked windshield. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended and he was on probation. Additionally he was in possession of a pellet gun.<\/span> The driver was arrested and released for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defrauding a Business<\/span><\/strong>

\n 1000 Irving St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a customer who walked out without paying for food.<\/span>
\nSuspect \u2013 Asian female :: 20-30 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 100 lbs :: LSW white jacket<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:51 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee watched a recorded surveillance footage and saw three shoplifters conceal merchandise items. The suspects then exited without paying for the items.<\/span>

\n 3600 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A person reported his wallet stolen at a bar. He later found out a credit card that was in his wallet was used without his permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism<\/span><\/strong>
\n 4:46 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 400 Urbano Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a vandalism. A person found his fence gate damaged. He did not see it damaged before.<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving Under the Influence-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 5:50 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1600 17th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a driver who was under the influence. The driver appeared intoxicated. A field sobriety test and a chemical test revealed the driver exceeded the lawful Blood Alcohol Content level.<\/span> He was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License-Failure to Yield-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:30 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n Winston Dr & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a non-injury vehicle collision. A record check revealed one of the involved drivers did not have a license. Additionally the driver was found to have failed to yield that led to the collision.<\/span> The driver was arrested for the above violations and released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:36 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1700 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a suspect conceal unpaid merchandise items and exit the store.<\/span>
\nSuspect \u2013 White male :: 30-35 years :: 5\u20198\u201d tall :: 165 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW baseball cap, jacket, backpack<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:51 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2000 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of two possible robbers in the area. They detained one suspect while the second suspect fled away on foot. Just then a convenience store called to say a robbery occurred.<\/span> The detained suspect was positively identified as one of the armed robbers and therefore arrested.<\/span>
