An unknown number of numerous suspects attacked a man while he was walking at night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 11:26 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 00 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. He briefly left his belonging unattended on a table in a caf\u00e9 &amp; went to use a bathroom. Upon return, the belonging was gone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 12:51 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a battery. A woman received threatening texts from a friend. The friend later confronted the woman. The friend then hit the woman numerous times and fled the scene.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect &#8211; Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5\u20199\u201d tall :: 125 lbs :: bald :: brown eyes :: LSW black hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt , blue jeans, gray backpack<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2:19 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 500 John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An elderly woman reported she received phone calls from six people whom each claimed to be a representative of the federal government. They told her she owed money to the government. And therefore they each demanded she deposit money into their respective bank accounts. She complied but later realized she was a victim of a scam.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #1 &#8211; \u201cRobert James,\u201d \u201cUS Treasury worker ID #17123\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #2 &#8211; \u201cRachel K. Swthyadev\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #3 &#8211; \u201cPratik Babarta\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #4 &#8211; \u201cAntonio Farroh\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #5 &#8211; \u201cSteve Martin,\u201d \u201cUS Treasury agent\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #6 &#8211; \u201cMichael Sinclair,\u201d \u201cFBI agent\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 4:47 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Geneva Ave &amp; Louisburg St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a battery. A juvenile victim had been chased by twelve other juveniles-most of whom she recognized as fellow middle school students, at a bus stop. During her attempt to run away, she was hit by one of the suspects. An unknown suspect used her identity without her permission to open two cellular phone accounts. She had received a letter from a collection agency regarding unpaid bills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:42 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Buckingham Wy &amp; 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An elderly woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She was approached by Suspect #1 who convinced her she would be rewarded with a large sum of money if she chipped-in some of her money to a charity. According to Suspect #1 he had to donate to charity in order to inherit a large sum of money. Later Suspect #2 joined them under the guise that he was helping the elderly woman and Suspect #1. After the woman withdrew money and gave it to Suspects #1 &amp; #2, the suspects fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #1 \u2013 Black male :: 50-55 years :: 5\u20198\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: gray hair :: black or blue trench coat, \u2018well-dressed\u2019<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #2 \u2013 Black male :: 50 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 180 lbs :: gray hair :: LSW button up long sleeve shirt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Battery<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 6:04 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Judah St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of battery after a traffic cone fell off a truck and the victim honked to alert the driver. Several minutes later the suspect came back and began arguing with the victim over why he honked at him. The suspect then hit the victim five times before fleeing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 6:36 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a theft. A woman working at a kiosk briefly turned away from her personal belonging that was left unattended on a counter. When she turned back, it was gone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Expired Registration Tab-Driving with Suspended License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 9:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Ocean Ave &amp; Granada St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers stopped a vehicle for an expired registration tab. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was arrested for the above violations &amp; then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vandalism<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 10:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3600 Judah St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of an explosive noise. Occupants of a home heard fireworks and then heard their window break. They believed the firework that caused the damage came from an outdoor party across the street.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Broken Headlight-Driving with Suspended License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 11:53 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 19th Ave &amp; Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer stopped a vehicle for a broken headlight.
