Unlawful U turn-No Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n Irving St & 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for making an unlawful U turn. A record check revealed the driver had no license. The driver was arrested for the above violations and then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong>
\n 11:31 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Plymouth Ave & Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight on a MUNI bus. A passenger tried to pass Suspect #1 who was standing in the aisle behind a baby stroller. They got into an argument because Suspect #1 refused to get out of the way. Suspect #2 jumped-in & hit the victim numerous times. Then, Suspects #1 & #2 exited accompanied by two other people. They fled in a getaway car.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black female :: 25-35 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 135 lbs :: black hair :: LSW Playboy bunny tattoo on neck, pushing a baby stroller<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Black male :: 25-35 years :: 5\u20198\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: LSW orange sweatshirt, beanie cap<\/span>
\n Vehicle – dark 2-door sports car<\/span><\/p>\n

Harassing Phone Calls<\/span><\/strong>
\n 11:47 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 00 Mercedes Wy<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman reported receiving a phone call from a suspect claiming to be with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The suspect told her she was being sued by the IRS. The woman had received similar calls before.<\/span>
\n Suspect – female :: spoke in distressed English<\/span><\/p>\n

Threat<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:15 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2200 14th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a threat. A school official received a series of threatening texts on her personal cellular phone from an unknown suspect.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2:30 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1700 16th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man & a woman walked into Taraval Station to report a threat. They were in a meeting with the man\u2019s two brothers regarding the care of their elderly parents. One of the brothers became very upset during the discussion and verbally threatened on two occasions to harm the man and the woman.<\/span>
\n Suspect – Asian male :: 64 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

No License Plate-Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n Officers stopped a vehicle with no license plate. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. The driver was arrested for the above violations & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 100 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a theft. A suspect had walked into a store, took cash from a donation collection box, concealed merchandise items, and exit without paying.<\/span>
\n Suspect – a White female :: 40-50 years :: blond hair :: LSW black shirt, blue jeans, carrying black purse<\/span><\/p>\n
