The driver had stopped in a unobstructed traffic lane and slumped over the steering wheel. Officers determined the driver was under the influence. A record check also revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">He was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 10:46 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Irving St &amp; 27th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. She was sitting in the back of her friend\u2019s car when a suspect got into the driver\u2019s seat &amp; drove away. When the suspect realized the woman was in the backseat, he told her he had permission from the vehicle\u2019s owner to drive to a corner. The suspect stopped the vehicle, exited, and fled. An unknown suspect used her debit card information to make unauthorized purchases. She found out what happened when she went to her bank and she tried to cancel her debit cards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Restraining Order Violation<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1500 43rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. A school staff member was confronted by a suspect whom had a restraining order against her by the school member. The suspect came within the distance in violation of the order and made threatening remarks at the staff member. Suspect then fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect &#8211; Black female :: 35-40 years :: 5\u20194\u201d tall :: 154 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes :: LSW dark colored hoodie<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Annoying Phone Calls<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2:41 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2500 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. A woman\u2019s neighbor repeatedly called her regarding a medication. The neighbor allegedly had a mental condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3:21 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3100 Vicente St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She had received a bill from a merchant. An unknown suspect had used her identity to open an account with the merchant without the victim\u2019s permission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3:30 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Lincoln Wy &amp; Great Hwy<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman reported a theft of her belongings. She left them locked and secured. Upon return they were gone. She did not indicate whether there was any sign of force used to take her belongings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assault<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 4:57 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of an assault. A child alleged a tutor assaulted him. Further investigation revealed an attempted shoplifting occurred. A suspect tried to exit a store with concealed merchandise items that he did not pay for. An employee confronted him and the suspect inferred he had a gun. The employee forcibly retrieved the concealed merchandise from the suspect.
