A suspect had pointed a gun at a driver who was attempting to park her vehicle. The suspect demanded she surrender her vehicle. The victim did not immediately comply. The suspect looked behind him and became startled. A woman was bit by her dog when she hugged and kissed her dog. Paramedics transported the dog owner to a hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 9:35 am<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1600 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of a fraud. A man checked his bank record and saw unauthorized withdrawals. He had lost his identification late last year. According to his bank an unknown suspect used the man\u2019s identity to make cash withdrawals in person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 12:32 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. Three suspects walked into a store carrying bags. They walked over to a display, grabbed merchandise items, and concealed them in their bags. A woman entered her parked vehicle with her belongings. She was about to drive away when Suspect #1 approached and pointed a gun at her through the driver side window. He and his accomplice-Suspect #2, patted the victim down for valuables. They then fled in her vehicle along with her belongings.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #1 &#8211; Black male :: 19-23 years :: 5\u20196\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes :: LSW black \u201cNorth Face\u201d windbreaker, carrying black semiautomatic pistol<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect #2 &#8211; Black male :: 18-25 years :: 5\u20195\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: LSW black beanie, black top, blue jeans<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Stolen vehicle &#8211; red 1999 Jeep Cherokee<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft-Arrested<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 4:32 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 200 Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. An employee saw a known shoplifter conceal a merchandise item in a bag and exit without paying. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The employee took the shoplifter into custody and placed him under citizen\u2019s arrest.<\/span> Officers gave the suspect a court summons and then released him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unlawful Turn-Expired Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:02 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Judah St &amp; Sunset Blvd<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer stopped a vehicle for making an unlawful turn. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license expired. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was arrested for the above violations and then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. When she tried to use her credit card at a store, it was declined. She called the credit card company and was told an unknown suspect attempted to add his or name to the victim\u2019s credit card. As a result the credit card company blocked all transactions. Later the victim received a new credit card for a stranger in her mailbox.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect &#8211; \u201cCora Tharp\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Warrant Arrest-Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia-Arrested<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:46 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Sloat Blvd &amp; Middlefield Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers stopped a vehicle for non-working brake lights. A record check of the driver and a passenger revealed they had warrants for their arrests. The passenger also had a narcotics paraphernalia. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">They were arrested for the warrants and the passenger was additionally charged for possession of the paraphernalia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 5:55 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 1200 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. Two suspects walked into a store and cut cables that secured two merchandise items. She was notified by her credit card company that an unknown suspect used her card information to make unauthorized purchases in Southern California. She was however in possession of all of her credit cards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fraud<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 7:09 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 2400 47th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She was notified by a credit company that she was behind in her payment. An unknown suspect apparently used her identity to open a \u201cComcast\u201d account. She did give anyone permission to use her identity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Harassing Phone Calls<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 7:45 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 100 Huntington Dr<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report harassing phone calls &amp; texts. Her estranged father had left numerous messages making an unreasonable demand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Theft<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 9:07 pm<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. The bicycles were secured to a lock &amp; left unattended. When they returned the bicycles and the locks were gone.
