Possession of Controlled Substance & Paraphernalia-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3:06 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Sloat Blvd & 36th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for having an expired registration tab & a cracked windshield. A records check revealed both the driver & a passenger were on probation. The officer found small amounts of controlled substances & drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested for the above violations, given a court summons, & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n Reported 9:15 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3000 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval station to report a fraud. He received a form the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that asked for \u2018additional\u2019 information. The man had not filed a tax return. Therefore he believed an unknown suspect used his identity without his permission to file a tax return.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:30 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a theft. Store employees placed a shoplifter under citizen\u2019s arrest for shoplifting.<\/span> The suspect had ran out of the store with unpaid merchandise. The suspect was a given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Judah St & 45th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval station to report a theft. The woman had tied her dog to a post outside a restaurant before she entered it. She then saw a man pet her dog. When she returned to her dog, the dog\u2019s tags were missing. She believed the man was the suspect.<\/span>
\n Suspect \u2013 Black or Hispanic male :: 17-20 years :: 5\u20198\u201d tall :: 145 lbs :: short black hair<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3:50 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1400 Irving St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval station to report a fraud. He & an accountant were preparing his income tax return when they discovered an unknown suspect had used his identity to file a return.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong>
\n 10:25 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1200 La Playa St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers were flagged down by a man who reported he was robbed by three suspects. The victim was walking on a sidewalk when a suspect approached & hit him. The victim ran & was chased by three suspects. The suspects caught up to the victim and hit him numerous times before taking his belongings. The suspects then fled.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Hispanic male :: 20-25 years :: 5\u20196\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair :: dark eyes :: LSW red hoodie over head<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Hispanic male :: 35-40 years :: 5\u20199\u201d tall :: 250 lbs :: black hair :: LSW grey hoodie up over head.<\/span>

Reported 7:00 pm \/ 1500 Rivera St \/ tan 2004 GMC Yukon<\/span>
\n Suspect – Asian male :: 45 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n
