\n Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. Officers determined the driver was driving under the influence. He was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assault<\/span><\/strong>

\n 3100 Ortega St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault on school grounds. A student resisted a staff member\u2019s attempt to stop him from hurting himself.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defrauding Innkeeper<\/span><\/strong>

\n 2600 46th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He had two customers who attempted to pay for one accommodation with declined credit cards. One of the customers then gave him a counterfeit bill & then fled.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – White female :: 40-42 years :: 5\u20194\u201d tall :: 120 lbs :: black hair<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – male :: 44 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 120 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 3600 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. A store clerk told skateboarders to stop riding in the store. An argument ensued that involved five skateboarders & the clerk. One of the skateboarders hit the clerk causing an injury. They then fled the store.<\/span>

\n Suspect #5 Hispanic male :: 15-20 years :: 5\u20192\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: LSW on skateboard<\/span><\/p>\n

\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He was informed by his accountant that an unknown suspect used his identity to file a income tax return. Therefore the man\u2019s tax return was rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n A man reported an unknown suspect withdrew money from his bank account without his permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. He found on the internet a suspect used his identity & business without his permission to solicit customers.<\/span>

\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. When he tried to use his credit card, it was declined. He called the credit card carrier & found out an unknown suspect used his credit information to make unauthorized purchases.<\/span><\/p>\n
