Possession of Controlled Substance-Possession of Lost or Stolen Cards-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 20th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for not having a license plate & for making a turn without a proper signal. Officers saw drug paraphernalia in plain sight. A search of the vehicle revealed controlled substances & credit\/debit cards that did not belong to the driver. The driver was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License-No Stop at Stop Sign-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:20 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Vicente St & 40t Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for not stopping at a stop sign. A record check revealed the drive did not have a license. The driver was arrested, given a court summons, & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery-Burglary-False Imprisonment<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:50 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Juan Bautista Cir<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a home invasion robbery. Three suspects gained entry into the victims\u2019 home by knocking on the door & then hitting one occupant who answered. Other occupants exited their shared home out of fear. However one suspect demanded they return because he had a gun although no weapon was seen. One of the occupants picked up a kitchen knife & yelled at the suspects to leave. The suspects then fled.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 6\u20194\u201d tall :: 225 lbs :: black hair :: athletic build :: LSW light purple beanie , black hoodie, dark facial hair with goatee, black backpack<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Hispanic male :: 25 years :: 5\u20199\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: brown hair :: brown eyes :: LSW white T shirt with black sleeves, black sweatpants.<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 – Black male :: 20-25 years<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 5:15 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1800 Great Highway<\/span><\/strong>
\n A couple walked into Taraval station to report a fraud. They were notified by a bank if they wanted to have their tax refund sent to someone else\u2019s account. They did not authorize the refund be sent to anyone else.<\/span><\/p>\n
