Vandalism-Trespassing-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:52 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1200 36th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a possible burglary. A suspect had unlawfully gained access to a stranger\u2019s home & confronted its occupants. When told to leave by the occupants, the suspect damaged the garage area as he exited. The suspect was arrested for trespassing & vandalism.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theft-Probation Violation-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:08 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave.<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of a shoplifting. Store employees saw the shoplifter enter a fitting room with merchandise items & exit with some items in hand. Once outside, the suspect was confronted by employees. She revealed concealed & unpaid merchandise items. She was placed under citizen\u2019s arrest for shoplifting.<\/span> A record check also revealed she was on probation. She was arrested for the probation violation as well.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 6:30 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 400 Holloway Ave.<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of vandalism. An unknown suspect had broken a garage door window.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft-Possession of Burglary Tools-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 7:37 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. A store employee saw the shoplifter walk into a dressing room with merchandise items & then exit without the items. When the shoplifter was confronted & detained outside the store, the shoplifter revealed he had concealed & unpaid merchandise items. Officers also found a burglary tool. He was placed under citizen\u2019s arrest for shoplifting & for possession of burglary tools.<\/span> The suspect was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n
