She checked her credit history &amp; discovered an unknown suspect used her identity to open credit card accounts without her permission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Running a Red Light-Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 12:15 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 19th Ave &amp; Winston Dr<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Officers determined one of the involved vehicles ran a red light. A record check of the driver revealed his license was suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">Officers arrested the driver for the above violations, given a court summons, &amp; then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Driving Under the Influence-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 12:35 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> Crespi Dr &amp; Juan Bautista Cir<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers stopped a vehicle for driving on a sidewalk. The driver was seen holding an alcoholic beverage in her hand. Officers determined the driver was drunk. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">She was arrested for driving under the influence.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery-Public Intoxication-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 2:00 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> Taraval St &amp; 19th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a fight on a bus. Two drunken passengers were being unruly &amp; were told by a fellow passenger to stop. The drunken passengers then pushed &amp; hit the other passenger. The other passenger pushed back. The drunken passengers exited the bus. The bus driver confirmed what happened. A record check revealed one of the two drunken passengers had an arrest warrant. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The two drunken passengers were arrested for battery &amp; public intoxication. One of the two drunken passengers placed the other passenger under citizen\u2019s arrest for pushing him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Discharging a Gun<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 5:13 am<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 200 Montana St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a vandalized vehicle. A driver saw two bullet holes on its driver\u2019s side. He believed an unknown suspect fired shots overnight at his parked &amp; unattended vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1:45 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 3200 20th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting. A shoplifter concealed a merchandise item in a shopping bag. He exited the store without paying. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The shoplifter was detained &amp; placed under citizen\u2019s arrest.<\/span> A record check also revealed he had arrest warrants. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">He was also arrested for the warrants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1:45 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 3200 20th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A man walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. He left his belongings unattended at an outdoor eating area. Upon return, they were gone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Violation of Restraining Order-Warrant Arrest-Arrested<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 3:10 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1000 Capitol Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. A man was inside a home of people whom had a restraining order against the man. A record check revealed the man also had a warrant for his arrest. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">He was arrested for the above violation &amp; the warrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Violation of Restraining Order<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 4:44 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 2600 19th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responde to a report of a restraining order violation. A suspect walked into a building and surrounding area in violation of a restraining order. He then fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect &#8211; White male :: 36 years :: 6\u20191\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: brown hair :: green eyes :: LSW long sleeve blue shirt, beige pants, black boots<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Battery<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 6:04 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> Judah St &amp; 17th Ave<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> An officer responded to a report of a battery. A driver of a victim vehicle honked at a suspect vehicle for failure to yield. Later, a passenger from the victim vehicle exited to pick up a traffic cone from a roadway. A suspect walked up to him &amp; asked why the suspect was honked at. The suspect hit the passenger numerous times &amp; then fled.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Suspect &#8211; Black male :: 25-30 years :: 5\u20197\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: black hair :: LSW dark colored shirt, blue jeans<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> Vehicle &#8211; red 4 door sedan<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fraud<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 6:45 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 00 Vernon St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a fraud. She was notified that her income tax return was rejected because an unknown suspect had used her identity to file a return. She did not give anyone permission to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 7:10 pm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong> 1800 Irving St<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a report of a theft. A man parked &amp; locked his bicycle in front of an eatery.
