\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. A man walked out of a bar to smoke a cigarette. He was approached by three suspects whom he saw earlier in the bar. The suspects hit the man numerous times while saying gang-related words. The victim believed the suspects accused him of either being a rival gang member or a sympathizer of a rival gang. The suspects took the victim\u2019s belongings & fled.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – White male :: 26-27 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 200 lbs :: LSW green jacket, black pants<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Hispanic male :: 28-30 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 250 lbs :: LSW black jacket, black pants, black shoes<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 – Hispanic male :: 25-27 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 170 lbs :: LSW gray \u201cGiants\u201d baseball hat, black jacket<\/span><\/p>\n

Kidnapping-Threat<\/span><\/strong>

\n Urbano Dr & Alviso St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a kidnapping. A man & a woman stepped out of a stopped vehicle and argued. The man threw rocks at the woman as she walked away. The man threatened a passerby who stopped to see what was happening. The man then forced the woman against her will into the vehicle & drove away.<\/span>
\n Kidnapped victim – Hispanic female :: 20-25 years :: 5\u20194\u201d tall :: 110 lbs :: black hair<\/span>
\n Suspect – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 5\u201910\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: black hair :: LSW gray T shirt, blue jeans<\/span>
\n Suspect vehicle – gray 2010 Mercedes Benz<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:07 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a shoplifter in custody. Two suspects were seen concealing merchandise items & exit the store without paying for them. Store employees detained the suspects. But the store refused to press charges. The suspects were juveniles & were released to their adult relatives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span>-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 3900 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of an assault. A couple got into an argument with their roommate. The roommate hit the couple. Officers detained the roommate. A cellular phone video confirmed the couple\u2019s allegation that their roommate hit them. The couple placed their roommate under citizen\u2019s arrest for battery.<\/span> Officers gave their roommate a court summons & released him.<\/span><\/p>\n
