Death Report<\/span><\/strong>

\n 2000 17th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of death. Paramedics were already on scene. A man said he did not feel well & then collapsed on a kitchen floor. A relative who also lived at the same location dialed 911. Paramedics declared him dead. A medical examiner responded. There was no obvious sign of foul play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong>

\n Lincoln Wy & 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. A vehicle driven by a victim rear ended another vehicle. Six occupants of the vehicle exited & surrounded the victim. The victim gave cash & his insurance card. But the occupants yelled at the victim & then hit him. They also caused damage to victim\u2019s property. The suspects then got back in their vehicle & fled.<\/span>

Stalking<\/span><\/strong>

\n An officer responded to a report of a stalking. A man repeatedly attempted to contact a woman whom did not solicit or want his advances. The officer warned the man that his repeated attempts to contact her can be a crime & was told to stop. The man agreed to stop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>

\n 800 Ulloa St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of battery at a MUNI train station. A man was asked to leave the station by a MUNI employee after he acted aggressively without provocation toward other passengers. The man became upset & threw a drink at the employee. The man was placed under citizen\u2019s arrest for battery. He was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>

\n 0 Harding Rd<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of theft. A worker attending a bar in a tent at a special event left her cellular phone unattended in the back. At the end of her shift she saw it was gone. She alleged another worker was the suspect because he was seen running away before the end of their shift from the bar.<\/span>

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>

\n 500 Bright St<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of fraud. A victim received a letter from a bank that said she opened a credit card account. She did not recall opening the account. She found out purchases had already been made with the card without permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Taraval St & 41st Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A victim reported a theft online. He left his unsecured bicycle unattended behind a gate. Upon return it was gone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Threats<\/span><\/strong>

\n 200 Ralston St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a threat. A relative whom lives with her in a shared home threatened to harm her during an argument. The woman backed away & left the home.<\/span>

Vandalism<\/span><\/strong>
\n Reported 8:54 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 400 Victoria St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of vandalism. Parents told their adult son to leave their home after an argument. The son became upset & broke windows. The parents refused to place their son under citizen\u2019s arrest. However they requested an emergency protect order against their son.<\/span><\/p>\n
