Trespassing-Delaying Officer\u2019s Duties-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n Reported 6:19 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2000 Great Hwy<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of trespassing. A trespasser sat on a bench in the victim\u2019s backyard. When asked to leave he refused to go. The trespasser initially refused to cooperate with the officers. The trespasser was placed under citizen\u2019s arrest. He was also arrested for delaying the lawful duties of a police officer.<\/span> The trespasser was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>

\n 400 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man reported a theft online. He left his unsecured bags unattended. Upon return they were gone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>

\n Buckingham Wy & 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman walked into Taraval Station to report fraud. An unknown suspect used her credit card to make unauthorized purchases. She alleged the credit card was stolen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:29 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3700 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report fraud. He received a phone call from his credit card carrier regarding suspicious purchases. There were unauthorized purchases with his credit card information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Exhibiting Imitation Weapon -Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:50 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n Noriega St & 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of a person with a gun. A driver & a pedestrian got into an argument. Later the driver went to his outdoor work location. The pedestrian then drove by & pointed a weapon at the driver whom he had argued with earlier. Officers detained the suspect & found the weapon was an imitation. The suspect was placed under citizen\u2019s arrest for showing an imitation weapon.<\/span> The suspect was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 9:30 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Skyline & Herbst Rd<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license. She was arrested for the above violations.<\/span> She was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n
