No Driver\u2019s License-No License Plate-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:15 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n Lincoln Wy & 10th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle with no license plate. A record check revealed the driver did not have a license. He was arrested for the above violations.<\/span> The driver was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fraud<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:45 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2100 22nd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A man walked into Taraval Station to report fraud. He received a letter from the IRS requesting he submit additional forms for a tax 2014 tax return. The man had not filed a 2014 tax return & therefore should not have received anything from the IRS. He believes an unknown suspect used his identity to file the tax return without permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

Death Report<\/span><\/strong>
\n 11:05 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1800 46th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of death. A man found his brother unresponsive in a garage. Paramedics arrived & declared him deceased. A medical examiner responded. There was no obvious sign of foul play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 11:26 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1400 28th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman made a theft report online. Two packages that were delivered & left unattended on her doorstep were stolen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Residential Burglary<\/span><\/strong>
\n 4:51 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 400 Plymouth Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of burglary. A man left his secured home unattended. When he returned home he saw two suspects exit his house. He did not recognize them. They fled on foot. The suspects had pried open the back door, gained entry, burglarized the home, & then fled on foot.<\/span>

Attempted Burglary<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:12 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Louisburg St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of attempted burglary. Two suspect were seen repeatedly ringing doors to two homes. One of the home occupants looked out the peep hole & saw them. She did not however answer her door. The suspects drove away in a car. The home occupant stepped out of the front door & saw that it was damaged.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 5\u201907\u201d tall :: 140 lbs :: short black hair :: LSW all black clothes<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: short black hair :: gray sweater<\/span>
\n Suspect vehicle – red 4 door sedan<\/span><\/p>\n

Attempted Burglary<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:48 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 100 Louisburg St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of attempted burglary. A person left her secured home unattended. Upon return the front gate was damaged. No property was taken from inside.<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 8:45 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. Three suspects walked into a store. Two suspects distracted employees while a third suspect concealed a merchandise item in his backpack. They then exited the store. An employee followed them & asked for the merchandise to be returned. The suspects ran to a parking lot & fled in a getaway vehicle. As the suspects drove away, one of the suspects leaned out the window & said to the employee that next time he will kill somebody.<\/span>

\n Suspect #2 – Black male :: 20-25 years :: 6\u201900\u201d tall :: 200 lbs :: LSW beanie, red jacket, red pants<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 – Black male :: 18-25 years :: 5\u201908\u201d tall :: 150 lbs :: LSW dark clothes<\/span>
\n Suspect vehicle – silver 1994 Mitsubishi Galant S<\/span><\/p>\n

Suspended Driver\u2019s License-Unsafe Lane Change-Headphone on Both Ears-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 10:36 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 19th Ave & Moraga St<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer stopped a vehicle for unsafe lane change & for a driver wearing headphones that covered both ears. A record check revealed the driver\u2019s license was suspended. The driver was arrested for the above violations. He was given a court summons & then released.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong>
\n 10:44 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3000 San Jose Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of activated holdup alarm. A suspect walked into a convenience store & picked up a candy. He brought the candy to a cashier as if to pay for it. When an employee opened the cash register the suspect pulled out a gun & demanded money from the register. The employee complied. The suspect took the money & fled on foot.<\/span>
