Driving Under the Influence-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:23 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 19th Ave & Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers stopped a vehicle for driving erratically & for stopping for a prolonged amount of time at a green signal light. Officers determined the driver was under the influence. The driver was arrested for the above violations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Stay Away Order-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1:54 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 3000 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of stay away order violation. A man was sitting in his car outside the home of his former spouse in violation of a stay away order. He was therefore arrested for the violation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery-Battery on a Peace Officer-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:12 am<\/span><\/strong>
\n 600 John Muir Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of battery. A woman who recently broke up from her boyfriend became enraged & became intoxicated. She hit her former boyfriend numerous times. She also hit one of the officers. She was arrested for battery & battery on a peace officer.<\/span> Paramedics transported her to a hospital where she hit one of the attending nurses. The nurse placed her under citizen\u2019s arrest for battery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 600 Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of family fight. A teenager hit his parent numerous times during an argument. The teenager appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Paramedics transported the teenager to a hospital. The parent placed the teenager under citizen\u2019s arrest for battery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Violation of Stay Away Order-Arrested<\/span><\/strong>
\n 12:37 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2300 37th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of fight. A couple got into an argument & the boyfriend took the other\u2019s car key. A record check revealed the boyfriend had an order from court commanding him to stay away from his girlfriend. The boyfriend was arrested for violating the stay away order.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>
\n 2:59 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 200 Victoria St<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of theft. A suspect opened a package that was left unattended on a doorstep. The suspect took the contents of the package & gave them to a second suspect who was sitting in a vehicle. When they were confronted by a witness, the two suspects fled with a third suspect in a getaway vehicle.<\/span>
\n Suspect #1 – Black male :: 19-20 years :: 5\u201909\u201d tall :: 160 lbs :: LSW black baseball cap, white jacket with colorful patches, blue jeans<\/span>
\n Suspect #2 – Black male :: 30-35 years :: black hair :: LSW dark clothes<\/span>
\n Suspect #3 – Black female :: 25-30 years<\/span>
\n Suspect vehicle – dark blue 2014 Acura MDX<\/span><\/p>\n

Burglary<\/span><\/strong>
\n 5:02 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1500 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of burglary. A suspect claimed to be a \u201ccity inspector\u201d looking for a gas leak at a victim\u2019s home. He took her wallet while inside. When he asked the victim for money to have the gas leak fixed, she became suspicious & asked for his work identification. The suspect replied he left his work ID in his car & then fled on foot.<\/span>
\n Suspect – Hispanic male :: 45-48 years :: 5\u201907\u201d tall :: black hair :: heavy set :: LSW white long sleeve shirt, black sleeveless vest, dark pants, dark shoes<\/span><\/p>\n

Death Report<\/span><\/strong>
\n 6:15 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 1900 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n Officers responded to a report of death. A woman found her spouse unresponsive on the floor of their bedroom. Paramedics declared the spouse deceased. A medical examiner responded. There was no obvious sign of foul play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism<\/span><\/strong>
\n 11:25 pm<\/span><\/strong>
\n 800 Gonzalez Dr<\/span><\/strong>
\n An officer responded to a report of vandalism. A woman alleged her roommate poured water over her laptop, damaging it.<\/span>
\n Suspect – White female :: 24 years :: 5\u201906\u201d tall :: 135 lbs :: blond hair :: brown eyes<\/span><\/p>\n

Theft<\/span><\/strong>

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong>
\n A woman made a theft report online. She left her purse unattended in a dressing room at a clothing store. Upon return she found her wallet missing from her purse.<\/span><\/p>\n
